Out of curiosity I'd like to ask if there's only italian fencing training in Blood and Iron. It seems like only a few places teach some spanish or french rapier fencing.
They teach quite a bit of german as well i believe. The french dont have as much material for rapier like the english. The spanish have a bit more material but not as much compared to germans or italians(general not rapiee specific).
We typically focus on Capo Ferro because it is the most comprehensive and in our experience the most effective. Spanish Rapier does not garner a lot of success that we have found so we prefer to focus on what works. That being said. as you advance and become more proficient we whole heartedly encourage our students to branch into research on other treatises. However we have found that a good foundation in Capo-ferro is an ideal building block for branching into other styles.
Which books (in english) could you recommend for someone who is willing to learn Destreza? I found some but they are in spanish (which I sadly cant speak nor read) aaand due to the on going plague clubs in my area are still closed. I'll buy Rob Runacres Book of Lessons but what else is there? Are there any online courses? Thanks and really nice videos 👍👍

there is numerous fb groups and discord groups that you should look up they can give u all the reccomendations
It's not Destreza specifically but I would recommend Rob Childs RUclips channel for general rapier advice.
