i love her demeanor. It's like a mom explaining how to bake cookies but instead she's teaching us how to efficiently stab someone in the face or stomach without you getting stabbed back.
I get by pretty well with a Jeff and an Irwin, but I just lost my Thomas, which is sad cause it was in great condition. Maybe see if you can trade a few around to get a Steve?
Wow. That is probably the clearest explanation of how to gain control of the opponent's blade I've ever heard. Thank you! Also... that has to one of the nicest practice swords I've ever seen with the pierced blade work!
Ms. Smith has an infectious smile! Such a happy stabber! Better still? She explains well and clearly. An excellent combination! Thank you, Ms. Smith and Steve *finger-waves back*! =)
We actually have a few on our channel already but there will more coming early next year once we finish renovations on our new site and Covid Restrictions relax :-)
Why do you retreat when you take the line back in opposition? Simply raising your point slightly should be enough to gain the degrees on the blade you need to change the engagement.
I really appreciate all the awesome work you guys do for us, but please, PLEASE, stop talking to us like to pre-school kids! I know she's just being frendly, but come on, sometimes her voice goes so high it pierces my eardrums.
