I love your channel, it’s very high quality. Would love to know about these old homes and their foundations. Do the owners have super large fans so the older homes don’t smell? At these price points, I’m wondering about the smell because it’s first thing I noticed when I enter a historic Los Angeles home. Thank you.

You're entitled to your opinion, of course! Ultra-modern becomes dated quickly. As an investment, traditional is timeless. Just something to consider! Thanks for watching.

@@BenBelack It's an investment because of the dirt rather than the style though. But you do bring up a great point that I didn't consider. Of course, the constant 1-up of modern homes in LA isn't good for your investment long term. And for the size of this lot you're sure to get your money back years from now.
