Yes he is. So many could take a page from his play book. Another good tour guide is that Cash fella that shows NYC apartments, both he & Enes get to the point & stick to the business at hand. I watched a gal the other day on another channel that talked about decorative pillows for eight minutes while I was like , SHOW the rest of the place already ! She liked to listen to herself talk. I didn’t even subscribe . Yes Enes is aces.

Only because of Enes presentation. Turn off the volume and look again. This place is a snoozer, except for the LED lighting the fixtures in the primary bath. And the staging is really dull. Except maybe for the barstools at the kitchen counter.

Another amazing home. I love how they did the 3 different levels on the second floor with that beautiful open staircase taking you down to the first floor. Just another incredible home. I must mention also the insane back yard with the different levels an the magnificent views. I really love this place.

The house tours always make my days better...
I love how understated the house is from the street. The layout is not perfect but the interior design is so well done it overshadows the shortcomings. The view is absolutely insane especially from the pool and to finish the backyard space is perfect, big enough to host parties but not so huge that you need an army to maintain it.

I love the use of dark wood in this house, if done right it's super classy and adds a ton of character. Many modern houses look too "pale", but this one feels really warm, like a home should be. It's also very nicely laid out and feels spacious without being "empty". It definitely belongs to the channel's top 5, Enes!

what i like the most about this property is that even though it is definitely a luxury home, it doesn't feel overwhelmingly fancy and luxurious compared to other properties you toured on this channel. Maybe it's the interior design, maybe it's the relatively smaller size. The de-luxury feeling gives it a very nice, cozy, and easy-going characteristic.

2018, I was sitting at home, eating Cheetos, and watching Netflix while wondering what I was going to do to improve my financial future; and then the phone rang. It was Todrick Hall's personal assistant calling to see if I wanted to perform a minor acting role in his visual album "Forbidden". That bit role changed the direction of my life financially, and now I'm able to begin considering home ownership (a weekend home). I love these videos, Enes; because they inspire me to keep working and pushing ahead.

The palm tree make it even more awesome, thought that belonged to the property at the beginning. Awesome property, looks they built in kind of sharp sloop, which makes it even more challenging but they have adapted it super well to the overall landscape. You've just got to love Enes. He is the BEST in his field, doesn't miss a trick, or the chance to point out unique details. However, in this particular episode, it tickled me to see a bit of that "little boy" fascination come to light. My favorite part was when Enes and Mikey were focusing on the hardware in a pocket door. Mikey asked what it was called, and Enes replied, "I don't know. I like the way it sounds. I just like playing with it!" You guys crack me up!
