Hey man, love your content, I think you have the best sitka content on RUclips. On the ambient series, the “fleece” is the actual prima loft insulation. The prima loft evolve that the ambient has isn’t a traditional fine fiber insulation. It’s essentially a fleece with some technical innovation in fiber length and diameter throughout. The nature of this insulation means you don’t need a tightly knit inner liner like you do with a puffy or anything else, thereby reducing a traditional 3 layer garment to 2. This increases breath ability significantly while maintaining all the warmth from the insulation

How does this compare to the Stratus Vest? I love a vest under my Stratus Jacket and have used puffy jackets/vest from other brands. How would you think this work as maybe a second/third layer with the Stratus Jacket being the outer?
