Consider my dynamics flattened. I discovered your channel a couple weeks ago, it’s been a goldmine for my very very amateur production. Keep up the great work, I was actually glad to see you posted so quickly after your last video.
THIS IS AMAZING. I didn’t expect that your process would be so similar to mine. That’s a real confirmation that I’m doing some things right because I super respect your music!
thanks for the video! it was very informative to look into the project and even entertaining, your channel is a rare gem among dnb production videos on youtube
I keep dreaming of the incredible comeback of the Liquid Tones podcasts, starring none other than Tim Cant and Simon "Middle-name" Wallace. Maybe someday we'll finally find out who those mystical Aristocrats are...
If we lived in a just world that’s exactly what would be happening 😭 I spoke to Simon the other week and he’s mainly listening to Midwest emo at the moment 🙄 On the plus side I’m sure we’ll discover the secret of the Aristocrats’ identity lany day now!!! 🧐
I remember Computer Music magazine! Used to get it when I was at uni. Just getting back into making tunes, this walkthrough is 10/10. I need to up my number of tracks considerably, you've got loads going on in this track! Guess there's no shortcuts to making a proper tune like this one.
Hey thanks for watching! I would say that I wouldn't worry *too* much about the number of tracks you're using, but something I do find extremely useful is referencing against music I like to make sure that my project stands up in comparison. I have a short video about that here you might find useful: ruclips.net/user/shorts3EHTodzt-ZY?si=zUfbCvS1CCc5ytxB
@@TimCant Thanks Tim, yeah I've used references before when mixing metal music, solid advice. I trust you'll have no objections to me using this track as one of my references! XD
This is the original tune: ruclips.net/video/WRGP7d6mcpw/видео.html And it was popularised in DnB by LTJ Bukem’s Horizons: ruclips.net/video/omJuxrA5NhM/видео.html
baby wake up, Tim Cant just posted
It's time for your dynamics flattening

Sorry it's not about the vid but is Apetite for production podcast coming back soonish?
Not likely I’m afraid both James and I are very busy ☹️ thanks for listening though 😊
So sad to here. Its my favorite podcast. But I love the videos you have been posting here. Thanks for sharing your knowledge man.
@@spazz11881 unfortunately economics mean I can’t make as much ‘free’ content as I’d like to, thank you so much for watching though 😊
