- Excluding the rainbow warrior paint scheme; this was one of the most gorgeous cars Jeff ever drove. Seeing it in Victory Lane, I must admit made it look even better.
All I remember from 2007 is that Jeff Gordon had 6 wins and 30 top 10's and got robbed of the ship. Jeff is the true 7time champ the chase robbed him 3 times 04,07,2014
He finished 11th twice also. So he finished worse then 11th only 4 times that season.
and had a 2 or 3 hundred point lead whipped out with 10 races to go, maybe more I can't remember lol Robbed!!!!

After he wrecked out of the 600 earlier that year, I knew that if they brought a car half as good as that one was to the 500, he would win. I was at this race and it's one of my best memories from any track.
This was my first and only race, and Gordon was my favorite driver, It was my 10th birthday present
I was at the 600 that year, first ever race. Still pissed how it wound up ending. Gordon an Jr both had a chance. Then stupid Casey mears won his only race. I was pissed still am.

Rusty was still so salty towards Jeff. I watched an interview with the two of them, it may have been on Jr's podcast I can't remember, but I still don't think he's over whatever his problem is with Gordon based on his demeanor during it.
Jeff dominated him plain in simple after he got dominated by Earnhardt.
Jeff was screwed in 07. He dominated it and it screwed him with that dumb ass chase

Jeff’s 07 paint scheme is his best since his rainbow scheme. Especially in the COT, which looked really cool.

LOL Rusty with his salt for Gordon... Jeff did not plow into Jr., at the end of the turn Jr's care slowed down, it was not Jeff's fault.
Watching this race back again, Rusty just has so much unnecessary animosity towards Gordon. I get Jeff made Rusty's career more or less irrelevant but to hold that level of a grudge for it, c'mon. It'd be one thing if Jr. lost multiple spots as a result of the bump but he lost one spot to Gordon, that's it. Just perfect race car driving from Jeff.

ESPN commentary was so bad. Could really tell rusty was picking favorites and making that bumping situation way bigger than it was. Neither of those guys wanted to battle each other. Was just a racing incident.
