    One of the best ways to resist these rule by exploring new cuisines to see how and where ingredients/dishes exist in another light

    Great short video, real fan of your content to try and help me with my ED. Always question my thoughts on should I have this as that’s not right for this time and such so restrict and go for the minimal norm 🙈
