Great job of the face lift on the old mower. She not only looks good but will run much better as well. Thanks for the excellent information. You guys stay safe on the other side of the pond. This is one nasty virus for sure. God Bless you
I've got the same engine as you on my 1993 Rover Sprint 375. It has the short plastic dipstick with the markings that say to thread it in completely to check the oil, so that's what I've always done. It makes sense if the manufacturers say the oil level should be measured that way.
I'm actually surprised Mountfield are doing paid promotions with you considering your videos are stopping people from buying a new machine. Good on you Mountfield 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Same Here Paul, seen loads of cheap Mowers on Market Place and Ebay Locally , cant go get Them .......Do have a few to Work on but cant Sell Them when done, Season might be over by the Time We get Our Freedom back, Thanks for the Video, keeps Us entertained while on Lock Down .
Hi! For all briggs engine the oil level should always be screwed back in to check. For Honda and other brands the level is checked by not threading in. Greetings from Sweden!
Hi great video I have got to do the boss on the works mower which is the same as yours and I also got to get the power drive working with I think is the belt has come off, I also need to fit a new power drive cover, yours looks great now you have painted it good job done. Hello Mover Man. I have a Stiga landmower and blade holder like on your video. I have a problem to found a spart part or even some info about spart part. Space beetwen pins is 52mm. Please give me some advice where to find blade holder. That blade holder replacment from you video has less fi from original blade holder. Thanx in advice.

Would an air hammer help get a stuck blade adapter off, or is the puller the best tool?
It might do that's not a bad idea. They do break easily though.
I use a grinder and cut it off.
Really good vidio mate
