What's your favourite way of joining granny squares?
Scblo, sometimes whip stitch (I prefer to stick with the hook if I can though! 😂) or the invisible join in your other video - that’s how I found your channel!
Just a question. If the corner has three stitches do we start I. The middle chain as well as ending I. The middle. BTW I love your channel.
I'm wondering the same
@@erinnorman9744 I think you do. I did when I stitched mine together and that appeared right.
First of all I want to thank you for this video. Secondly, please help me. Normally attach my squares using single crochet and pull from the skein. How is it done when only doing a few at a time? Do we leave a tail and weave it in then do it again? I’ve never seen a video that shows what to do after attaching a few squares.
Also, I’m hoping to see a video of the hexagon squares that are so beautiful!
I usually use a very long piece of yarn but previously I have also used shorter lengths of yarn in a coordinating colour to join sections then weave the ends in. Another tip is to use the same colour as your border to join the squares so that you can hide the tails in the border. Hope this helps!
@@meemamakes Lots of ends to weave in! Thank you !
@@stormybeach5211 yes but I’m a lil weirdo who enjoys weaving in ends 🤣
@@meemamakes I actually love weaving in tails too. I was worried about too many ends. I don’t know why but I always panic! Thank you for your help and I really hope you do a tutorial on that beautiful hexagon blanket. I forgot what it’s called but I think it was your favorite. I love it.
@@meemamakes the blanket I’m drooling over is the honeycomb hexagon I believe. Love the yarn choices too. Beautiful!
