Honestly, a lot of the construction related ones from this sub aren't even crappy design, it's usually a change that was made after the fact. A good example is an old building I had classes in when I was in college originally had an entrance/exit on the second floor, but the stairs and platform were removed to make room when another building was being built next to it. Rather than remove the door, it was just sealed shut so it now looks like there's a door on the second floor with nothing under it.
What I love the most in this comment is that there is no stupid "fUN faCt" thing just to get likes.
3:57 This is a fairly common problem with pre-existing hair/headgear pieces, but I recognise that minifigure! He only appeared in the massive UCS Mos Eisley Cantina set, and that headpiece was made just for that character, so why couldn't they accommodate the double printing?!

I absolutely adore novelty mugs! I have specific mugs for specific drinks (autism and ocd go brrrrr) and novelty mugs help me differentiate between them. I have a pumpkin mug for coffee, and a cauldron mug for hot chocolate (the froth and whipped cream make it look like a witch's brew :>). I do agree they still need to be vaguely mug shaped (at least round) for easy drinking and cleaning, but nothing quite matches the feeling of sitting in the sun in my fae outfit (ears, fangs, medieval clothes, crown, the lot), reading a book and sipping hot cocoa out of a cauldron. Nothing matches the look of absolute bewilderment on the kids that pass by my house either

@@hamburger7243 glad my autistic/ocd tendencies are helping! I usually get weird looks or people asking why I don't want/won't use a certain cup if people are over (granted they don't always know why anyway) to do be prepped for that. Purpose specific cups is elite though

Anyone else notice how Jack's been doing most of the videos recently? Like, there are a couple recent ones done by Robin (I think, no more intros so idk who's who anymore), but it's just those two. What happened to Lexi? I love Jack and Robin, but I miss Lexi.

Near the start of the videos, they tell you who is going to speak. At the bottom left. In the case of this video its Robin.
Yeah, hearing Robin in majority of the videos without hearing Jack or Lexi is kinda boring and especially when Robin on a lot of posts either laughs, goes "What?" Or sounds bored unlike Jack or Lexi who give extra effort.
Also glad they have playlists with the different narrators.

Nah, that’s normal. Humans usually don’t read letter-by-letter. we take a glance at letter patterns we recognize, weigh that up with the length of the word, and just kinda assume.

I love it when I'm trying to look at one of the pictures on screen and it starts vibrating with Damien's laughter so I can't tell what I'm looking at. It always happens right at the beginning of when the picture is shown too, and it makes it impossible to relate to the laughter I'm hearing until the vibrating stops and I'm able to process what's even in the picture. It's an... interesting... editing decision.

@@Black-Opal-System yeah they put “just just - one more - game game - to play” like they were trying to fill in a gap that didn’t even need to be filled cuz they did it to two of the words meaning they could have done it in 3 lines not 4, maybe they wanted a more square end result from a graphic standpoint idk any reasoning sounds dumb and i dont get it but i can still read it lol just like the billboard before said “natural home” but just looked like a kid spelled it on a fridge with magnets

to me, the first one looks like it was made correctly for the door that was originally there, but they replaced said door with one without space for a lock. their solution was to cut space for the lock out of the door jamb

I think that toy at 2:12 is an old Ghostbusters toy from the 90s. I used to have it. There is a lever or something on the back that makes monster feet pop out of the bottom, some kind of wings pop out of the sides of the legs and the head goes into the chest which rotates to show a monster face.

1:19 There actually is a pattern.
The three rows on the right are separated from the two on the left side. If you look from the bottom to top and from left to right you can find your destination. ( The only exceptions would be 6 on the left side. Also There are a few floors missing.)
I noticed it too. If you take a minute to stuy it and rember the pattern you will have virtually no problem finding the right floor.

At 5:10 I deciphered how to read it by just taking away "Just, Game, To,and Play" from top to bottom to read "Just One More Game" and reading the other part to make sense still having to leave out Game leads to "Just To Play." (This took way to much time.)
Edit: Or you could use Play twice to form "Just One Game To Play, and, Just More Game Play" from top to bottom left to right.

If it helps with the door thing, in 1974, for some reason, everyone who was building my house decided "Hey, you know what's a good idea for every indoor door? GODDAMN PIPE FIXINGS FOR THE BOLT LATCH."
I'm not kidding either, we found out when my sister and mom had to replace my door handle since it couldn't close for a long time so later my mom had to take a crowbar we had and almost break my door only to find out later that every other door in the house had the exact same brand of gold pipe fixing which was why they all sucked ass.
I miss intros. It’s just one of those things that brightens your spirit

@EmKay regarding the image at :40 - I would not consider this necessarily crappy design. It is meant to be a running/movement cloud. Basically it was meant to show that the panda is running towards you. I admit the placement is a little bit higher than it should be, but from my view- it looks like they came in frame from a place that is at an angle from their current endpoint.
