Hello. That is some great wine I'm sure.I have been to Georgia and I loved the wine. Please can you give a detailed recipe for Georgian semi sweet wine & also dry wine & chacha.Thank you:)
they have nothing in common with georgian winemaking traditions. there was no plastic 8000years ago when georgians were making wine. Clay kvevri to be used, as well as proper fermentation process…
Damn!! In love with that Luxury car❤ instead of wine😅
Those cats are so adorable
🐈
Hello from Serbia! Awesome video! Which type of grapes you are using for your red wine? And those glass barells for 2nd fermentation which capacity ?
local people called it violet kontolatos
I am originally from Romania. My late father used to prepare the wine on the same way...
This wine is the most delicious.
love how he just use glove for airlock
Do you add sugar during fermentation in glass bottles?
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
What type of grapes you used?Pinot noir or Cabernet, shiraz?
Did you leave an air escape on those final bottles? Looked like plastic put over the top. ?
OK I’m looking at a heading of homemade wine from homegrown grapes but I’m not seeing any wine making ,
I love you guys .
join the the chicken and the food and it’s something can you just let us know what the meat is because it’s something he had a little tail I’ll follow you. I enjoy you and your family and I love your wife interacting with you guys outside.
Is it lame, deer, ostrich whatever because you doing some super size stuff that I would never do but I enjoy watching it. Also you don’t only one drink wine, so I’m loving that because when I cook, I’m drinking wine from Detroit Michigan, and I am a African-American woman. Just to let you know.
👌👍❤️🇬🇪
Do you add yeast during maceration in blue barrels?
I make wine too. I use brewer's yeast. Kveik is much better, because it works on hi temperature. Or you can try US-05 that is very neutral.
dad dad 😂
Alchol percentage approximately how much?
Bro just casually bangs out 100 gallons of wine in his garage lol
Great job..but let me know how it was turned into a wine without adding yeast?..i am from India..
There is natural yeast present in grapes skin and in the air. How did you think ppl made wine in ancient times they didnt add yeast they let nature do its job. Unpasteurized grape juice will eventually turn into wine how did you think wine was discovered it was by accident. 10,000 years ago in Georgia ppl used to store grape juice under ground and when they came back to drink it was wine.
I know you are right, but they used to save grapes in clay barrel to eat later when all grapes on the harvest were gone. So when they ate all grapes, at the bottom of the clay barrel there were a liquid from the grapes. They drank and liked. And then they start to make juice from grapes making wine. @@mariarahim651

Where can we find this red wine?!!
This is homemade wine, it's only for friends. Come visit and we can taste it together)
I have some questions if you like to answer, these questions will help everyone
1. If we can skip egg?
2. Can be use dry yeast instead?
3. What is the alcohol content in 21 days?
4. will the alcohol content increase with increasing days like 5 months or more?
1. Egg whites are used as a fining agent (makes the wine clear), especially in wines that are high in tannin. But they are not necessary.
2. Any yeast can be used, although a yeast specific for wine making produces a better result. I use dry yeast that I rehydrate prior to inoculating a batch.
3 & 4. The ABV (alcohol by volume) depends on the amount of sugar in the grapes. Yeast eats sugar and emits alcohol and CO2. Once the yeast runs out of sugar to eat, the production of alcohol stops.
What is this Wine or grape juice??? I have not seen add sugar and no fermentation progress🤔🤔🤔
Nice what from please
I like that but you come dubai
The voice in the background 😂
Какой виноград?
Be hygienic and sensitive.
ANY OTHER WAY TO POUR THE WINE FROM ONE JAR TO ANOTHER SIR I THINK ITS GOOD IF YOU DONT USE YOUR MOUTH.

No yeast? Damn this is natural.
There's yeast -- it grows on the skin of the grapes. Just no added yeast.
Don't u need sugar...?
Not used any kind of yeast or sugar but why
this is process different making a wine 🤔🤔
This way the wine tastes even better 😉
@@georgykavkazeng so we don't need any kind of yeast

Feel like those blue barrels are for acid and flesh 😂
Don't watch Netflix too much.

Так вино не делают😂 по крайне мере в Грузии!
Very poorly described 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
I like the wine , seems to be so natural. How long does it take to drink
At least 6 months. Better one year. White wine long time is better.
