Great to see an American getting British humour and I cannot help but be entertained by Micky (if you get the accent) . But if you're in for a long haul, for just your own fun try Ross Noble, he would sometimes deliver the punchline at a completely different show (that's why back the day he would release 3 DVD sets, so you would finally hear the end of the joke) very random. Eddie Izzard was a bit the same, but often no ending just a stream of consciousness. But anyhow, thanks for getting into UK fun👍
Micky is one of the funniest comedians in England, he reminds me of Billy Connelly, tells stories more than jokes. Your reactions tells me that you get his humour, and I love seeing you roll up laughing , and your laugh is infectious xxx
Thick, comes from the phrase "thick in the head". At first it described a hangover, but over the years and by the 1980's the phrase was mostly used to describe stupid .
@Natmanprime That is the problem with people that are so stupid they have no idea what is being said to them. I recommend you go hang out with the short bus crew until you grow up because you are showing everyone that you are clueless. No?
Just for context, when his mum said "cop for that" and threw something at the people from the BBC, that was a cup of cold p*ss. It is mentioned earlier in the set lol
Your laughter is so infectious,i love how you get british comedy, seen micky a few years ago now laughed from start to finish.Keep up with the vids Josh, take care stay safe.
Not a great day for me - that's picked me up. That was quite a UK-centric clip too, with Gregg Wallace etc, so it's great that you liked it. But the UK could tap into the US comedians that are relatively unknown here. I've binged on Dave Chappelle, Robin Williams, Richard Pryor, Eddie Murphy and Don Rickles in the past but there must be way more that I'd find hilarious
It’s grate both sides of the pond can laugh at each other’s comedy. When you mentioned Eddy Murphy, reminded me when I was a kid watching Richard Pryor. He really was something else 😂🤣😂
Ben Elton used to do a 30min stand up in the 90s that was so so so funny but i cant seem to find it anywhere ''The Ben Elton Show'' and ''The Young Ones'' a sitcom from 1982 still insanely funny to this day
I was on a downer with lock down blues......man you brought the smile back...what a great bloke to laugh along with. An American who gets our humour ( a bit of an acquired taste for sure). I would patreon ya but I am out of work ATM...keep it up mate.
You have a brilliant channel, it's so refreshing to see an American understanding our British Humour and we laugh and cry joyful tears with our brilliant comedians. We have The ability whether its a Caucasian comedian or black /Asian comedian to enjoy the comedy of all races, and know that its all that is. Fun for all. I feel the problems within the USA regarding blatant racism is the fact the government have given each race a label by adding American to the race. So as in African American, but we here in the UK refer to each other as British. The same for the majority of the world. You need to get the US to refer to citizens as American, no other added word to advise heritage. .cheers, keep us laughing 😆 😄
Greg Wallace the bloke he's mainly ripping on does talk like he's a cockney barrow boy / a London Market Trader. He's always bellowing to the masses even when he's talking to one scientist in a small lab. Does say 'pand' instead of pound.
I'm from Reading, England, UK. I've just discovered, comedy 'reactions' I LUUURVE Americans ❤🙏💥love our humour... Us brits are so misunderstood... I love yours 2s stuff 😂😂😂 ❤❤❤
Your comments at the end are bang on, the UK has experienced its own comedy apocalypse in some regards, TV comedy is mostly just panel shows saying the least controversial things they can think of. Satire and great stand up is quite rare. You should watch some old British shows like Brass eye, would be interesting to see how an american reacts to that
I was worried you wouldn’t get it because you don’t know who White Dee and Greg Wallace is and Mickey uses a lot of British and specifically London slang that outsiders wouldn’t understand. But I’m glad the story and the delivery was funny enough to translate to you as American
Stumbled across your channel and love it, your laugh is infectious which I am sure has been said before. Micky Flanagan has me in tears, checkout the rise in teenage pregnancy explained. All the best
Love the reactions vids! More Mickey and Karl. In regards to Karl, check out his old XFM radio shows with Ricky and Steve. This was before the podcasts and when Ricky discovered the shaved chimp. Joe from the UK.
so awesome that you're discovering a whole world of crazy comedy from across the pond - and that'you look stuff up when you don't get the reference. My wife keeps thinking we've got visitors as I wail with laughter at the same time as you do! she thinks I'm crazy! keep em coming :-)
You would absolutely love Micky's "Come in your house" bit. Trust me bro it is hilarious. EDIT: Another English comedian you may like is Stewart Lee, i recommend his "Ang Lee" bit. Loving your channel, peace from England.
I find Dave Chapelle funny too. Bill Burr is kinda my go-to guy now since George Carlin passed away. Also think Jeselnik is brilliant. But yes, there's a lot of great British comedy out there, but you'd be a much older man by the time you get through it :) I wouldn't even know where to start but... Red Dwarf ? :) British sci-fi comedy.
If you ever get around to it, try and look up The Four Yorkshiremen - it's my all time favourite skit. I've seen it at least 50 times, and it still makes me laugh when I come across it.
So glad I came across your channel. Fun to watch an America gent reacting to our Uk tv & shows. I love that you explain some of the stuff for your fellow country folk whilst fighting back the tears of laughter. Keep it up MATEY! Try Mickey Flanagans ‘casual cunting’ vid on youtube somewhere. 👌🔥🔥🙌🏻 stay safe buddy big love from the UK x
Your channel lets me enjoy my favourite comedians with a fresh view, You're great company to watch comedy with and I don't miss any of your vid's these days, thanks.
Yes! more of Micky. To be honest, all the videos your reacting to are amazing, keep it up man. Love from the UK
I second this
Has he watched the one where he talks about India

@@colinjackson3662 didn't Ross noble basically make his whole show up on the night too?
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 A cup of cold from his mum.
Micky is one of the funniest comedians in England, he reminds me of Billy Connelly, tells stories more than jokes. Your reactions tells me that you get his humour, and I love seeing you roll up laughing , and your laugh is infectious xxx
Clare Sewell Flanagan is immensely influenced by Billy. He’s basically the English version. Billy’s one of the greatest.
Observation, that's all. Observing things. Then delivery. All the best comedians don't miss a trick. That's what the best comedians do.
Thick, comes from the phrase "thick in the head". At first it described a hangover, but over the years and by the 1980's the phrase was mostly used to describe stupid .
Monty Python and The Holy grail and Life of Brian would leave you in a puddle of your own tears and drool as your brain melts.
They never lose how funny they are
@Natmanprime I am reminded of Bobby Bushay imagining his tackling fuel. What are you too Stu stu stupid? "NO!" no what? lol
@Natmanprime That is the problem with people that are so stupid they have no idea what is being said to them. I recommend you go hang out with the short bus crew until you grow up because you are showing everyone that you are clueless. No?

Rhod Gilbert would be a good comedian to react to. His luggage skit is brilliant.
I really like how you engage with British comedy especially how you have understood how genius Ricky, Stephen and Karl are.
I remember listening to this ages ago and I nearly was legitimately sick from laughing so much.
My man - you still have to watch more Lee Evans! You enjoyed the first video of his you reacted too, think you should catch more of his stuff...
You should react to "Lee Mack clears things up" its another Would I Lie To You and its possibly my favourite one excluding Bob's
Micky's quality, must be the 5th time I've watched this and it puts tears in my eyes every time. Loving the vids fella 🖒
My Friend. You have made me laugh and smile... Bless you brother... I would love to pm you... to thank you personally.
Show called QI, especially "i before e" and "where the parthenon is"
I love to hear an American, enjoying British humour. We're sarcastic, but clearly joking. It's gd to laugh!
Your laughter is so infectious,i love how you get british comedy, seen micky a few years ago now laughed from start to finish.Keep up with the vids Josh, take care stay safe.
Watch Billy Connolly - "Wildebeest are stupid" . His impressions of the Lions creeping up on the Wildebeest is brilliant.
Billy Connolly drinking water in Spain, I laughed so hard I stopped breathing
I don't think you've reacted to it yet so The demise of fingering is another good one of Mickeys
Yea he's done it.. Lol
Classic mickey

Try Wanda Sykes - waxed, racist dolphin, performing for Obama, pirates are car jackers, playing etc oh and Towyard Complaint
@@lawsonbriggs5416 Cheers! I've seen Doug Stanhope briefly on Weekly Wipe, and a little of Patrice O'Neil and Bill Burr but I'll watch more

Josh wolf
You need to do shooting stars, absolutely insane, classic
hilarious, nice watching with u josh, never saw that mink sketch before...
I just love how you get our comedy & watching you laugh. ❤🇬🇧
Micky is so funny. seen him live a few times. Heres one to try. A comedienne ventriloquish called Nina Conti, Shes good
Mate, your laugh is infectious
I love Mickey
You should check out the King of UK comedy, the greatest of them all, Billy Connolly.
What I love about your vids is that you don't talk about preconceptions and wait till the end to talk about the vid. Love you, man!
Got to love that laugh!
James acaster is really funny mate.
Sure about that?
Try “lee macks wok around the clock”
Come on you got to do more of Bob Mortimer on Would I Lie To You, he must be the most requested.
@Paul Bee did just the own dentistry not some of the classic ones
For me, it is just nice to hear someone using the correct definition of the word thick to describe people.
I've been following your channel for 2 days! Great seeing an american enjoying British humour.
Could you react to Eddie Izzard Death Star Canteen , please.
Eddie Izzard the left-wing prick no thanks .
cake or death is my all time favorite
Eddie izzard is not funny he's an entitled prick
@@beelzebub3289 so is Frankie Boyle, your point?
I saw Mickey Flanagan live a couple of years ago. So funny. I need to get to more comedy sets when everything calms down
Bill Hicks was a great American comedian who I loved as a Brit . 😀🇬🇧❤️🇺🇸
Love how you get the UK comedy..thanks for the content, keep up the good work.

Staying in the peep!! Micky Flanagan. Micky is my fav comedian , and I used to love Bill Hicks too .♡♡
Absolutely love your reactions to Micky 😂 golden 🤣
THEY TASTE THE SAME BUT THEY COST LESS!
Monty Python - The Life of Brian. Simply superb. Great videos as always!
Enjoying the channel, happy I came across it in the vast array of reaction based channels on youtube.
Michael McIntyre is hilarious too. Anything he does is very funny. He is very famous for his man drawer sketch and the spices one.
In fact I’d say him & Micky are the best stand ups we’ve had through the decades
Bob Mortimer for surreal comedy, Billy Connolly for observational comedy. Also Charlie Brooker, Harry Hill, Russell Howard!
It's so nice to see an american that gets the british humour you allow yourself to be open minded its refreshing you're a top fella😊
You need to know who Greg Wallace is for this.
Mickey Flanagan is someone I need to see when he tours next. He is always hilarious
Love your reactions to Micky!
He's a comedian that gets my laughs every time too
Love your reactions mate. Another good comedian to look at is Romesh Ranganathan. The best bits of his comedy tour Irrational are a good watch.
Love you man, such an infectious laugh
Not sure if youve already done it but micky flanagans "out out" sketch is iconic
Ben Elton used to do a 30min stand up in the 90s that was so so so funny but i cant seem to find it anywhere ''The Ben Elton Show'' and ''The Young Ones'' a sitcom from 1982 still insanely funny to this day
You should give Lee Evans a try... his older stuff is amazing
He’s watched one Lee Evans clip and really enjoyed it - hoping it opens the door for more Lee Evans reactions...
yes
Your reaction is hilarious! 😂😂😂 I love that you get and enjoy British humour! 🇬🇧
Try Billy Connolly- Wildebeast 😜 these videos are great, thanks for taking the time to do them. Best wishes from the UK 👍🏻
Excellent suggestion. Billy is the best and that particular piece of stand up almost made me cough up a lung.

Also, we had a mini apocalypse a few years back when Jonathon Ross and Russel Brand “pranked” Andrew Sachs and took it too far.
Paul Bee did you not watch right to the end? Listen to what he was saying.
It’s relevant.
I d love to see what you think of Johnny Vegas on QI.
