Type II reactions have fixed antigen. Antibody binds with antigen binding site. The Fc portion stays free.

sir, there was a time when i had a phobia of immunology. Immuno was just a nightmare for me. Even my dad said (he is a doctor) that try to pass the subject with any grade. But ur lectures, my god just awesome. I didnt even revise it thoroughly before going to exam. i got a good grade. Thanks a lot sir. If possible i want to give u a treat.

mobeen sir if someone is allergic to a specific substance it will not make a reaction in first contact because lacking of IgE is concerned when the same substance is introduced and IgE's are made against it then it will craete a reaction.
so my question is why do penicillin and ceftriaxone tests are done once even if the person is allergic to these it will not cause any reaction.
even i had test of ceftriaxone done in hospital and in one test they decided to give me ceftriaxones? kindly answer this it's confusing

Hello sir, this lecture was great . Just to clarify this is the PI3K signaling pathway and should it be PIP2 be hydrolyzed into DAG and IP3 [ inositol1,4,5 triphosphate] and only the binding of IP3 onto the IP3 receptors on the smooth endoplasmic reticulum causes Ca ion efflux into the cytosol
