      Progesterone has to oppose estrogen because if estrogen isn't opposed, it gets dominant when progesterone is low from stress. I use estrogen, progesterone and dhea to fight the stress related weight, bone and lean muscle loss from high levels of cortisol for 8 years.. estrogen dominance can grow into cancer and progesterone builds bone, keep the libido high and is a natural antidepressant. Balance is key.

Taking supplements normally charges your system to the point of exhaustion often having trouble to throw them away, plus most of them are artificial and seriously dangerous. Thank you for this Dr. always understand your content and have an opportunity learn something new.
    Water / hydration or rather underhydration puts our bodies under stress - increasing stress hormones like cortisol, adrenaline etc which often leads to chronic inflammation.
    Some research has found that the human body is on average 75-80 % water and that water's salinity is on average similar to that of the earth's oceans.
    Water is involved in every biological process at cellular level in the human body , yet this healing nutrient and its minerals are never really mentioned or checked .
    One research paper I read suggested that to maintain normal healthy body functions people aged 50 - 70 years old have to drink 20ML of plain water per KG of body weight or double (40ML) if it is not plain.
    Would be great to see your take on this nutrient/molecule Dr.

      @@DrBeenMedicalLectures Thank you. Interestingly there are not few studies around this topic: "Pilot study of H2 therapy in Parkinson's disease: A randomized double-blind placebo-controlled trial"
      "Open-label trial and randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, crossover trial of hydrogen-enriched water for mitochondrial and inflammatory myopathies"
      As two examples. But i do not know, how "good" they are. Just FYI.

    Are you suggesting that simply walking in the forest brings us in contact with natural tree/plant oils? I’m on a protocol where plant oils will interfere with the effectiveness, this is why I ask. Thx!

    • @DrBeenMedicalLectures
      @DrBeenMedicalLectures  3 дня назад +1

      Walking near the trees where you can feel there smell is an indicator that plant oils maybe present in the environment. Can't generalize though as it depends upon the tree type, breeze, etc.

      @@FL-dv7tq And, the green forest reflects the near infrared light back into the shade from many directions to give your body the benefits that provide increased mitochondrial function. This is an essential part of the spectrum, that is always in outside daylight wavelengths to balance out the blue light spikes in the visible wavelengths. Since we evolved outside, and now we only bring a very narrow portion of that outside light inside, we now are exposed to very high levels of blue light w/o the NIR to balance it. I believe research indicates that this causes cortisol 'flight or fight' alertness to overpower levels of pineal melatonin that helps prepare for deep slow wave sleep. This apparently does not allow deep enough paralysis preparatory to starting 'replace and repair' mechanisms during sleep, resulting in less body healing itself. Search: quantum biology of light.
