"French Bun"
Recipe:
- 100 grams of sourdough Levito Madre,
- 515 grams of premium wheat flour,
- 340-360 grams of water
- 25 grams of sugar,
- 10 grams of salt
- 25 grams of butter.
Knead the dough.
Fermentation 3 hours. At this time, fold stretch 2 times in the interval after 50 minutes (stretch & fold)
After fermentation, form loaves, arrange in forms and leave to rise for 3 hours.
Bake in a preheated oven for 7 minutes at 250 degrees, then reduce and bake for 40 minutes at 230 degrees.
Cookie Recipe:
200 grams of butter
1 cup of sugar.
4 cups flour
1 glass of milk
2 eggs
soll, vanillin to taste
1 tsp baking powder.
Whisk the eggs. Add sugar, vanilla powder, salt - mix thoroughly.
Add milk to this mixture and stir.
Melt butter, add to mixture.
At the end, add the flour sifted through a sieve, mix everything thoroughly. Bake in a mold over low heat, on both sides.

I have never seen them before. Must be heirloom pieces. Probably gifted to you by your mother or grandmother. They seem to belong another era.

Здравствуйте Олеся,помню с детства у наших соседей была такая формочка для печенье.Мы их делали из бисквитного теста,которое не поднимается.В двух половинках их смазывают мармеладом из шиповника и соединяют.А снаружи снова обтапливают в разведенной мармеладом половинка бисквит. Затем его переплавляют в молотые грецкие орехи.😊😍🥰

@@olesyahouse Это же форма для запекания , однако при запекании получается две половинки и они слипаются, образуя целый орех, целый гриб🥰🤗Потому что тесто у нас было разное. я их очень любила.Как хорошо, что вы взяли формочки с собой👍
