Cherry pie recipe :
Dough
2.5 cups flour (glass volume 200 g)
200 grams of butter,
2/3 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons of ice water.
FILLING
1 kg cherries,
1 cup of sugar,
3 tablespoons cornstarch,
1 tablespoon lemon juice,
vanillin
To lubricate the top
2 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of sugar.
COOKING
Sift flour through a sieve, add sugar and salt. Add cold butter and chop into crumbs. Add ice water and knead the dough. Send the dough for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Filling:
Remove pits from cherries, add corn starch, sugar, vanillin and lemon juice. To mix everything.
Roll out the dough, put it in a mold, put the cherry filling on top, make a grid of dough on top and send it to the oven. Oven 40-50 min at 200 degrees.

Chère Olesya, que pourrais-je vous dire d’autre à part que je m’extasie à chaque fois devant vos belles vidéos et je ne vous ai connue que hier ! Comment avez-vous appris à faire tout ce que vous faites car ça va des conserves à la couture, la création, la cuisine, la congélation des légumes aux bocaux de tomates, les décorations, le jardinage, les délicieuses tartes, les sachets cadeaux et je ne savais pas qu’on pouvait coudre du papier 😅. La lampe de chevet que vous avez toute repeinte en blanc et sa cape en vichy beige est magnifique. Les décorations du sapin, les cadeaux pour vos amies et tout ce que je n’ai pas encore vu 😉. Vous avez des doigts en OR 💖. Je ne peux que vous remercier du fond du cœur pour réussir encore à m’émerveiller et à me faire sourire car les aléas de la vie ne sont pas égaux pour tous…. Trop beau votre petit chat 🐱. Je vous remercie pour l’attention que vous avez eue envers moi en me répondant, je ne vous en suis que plus reconnaissante 🥹.
