Can you believe that today, November 30, would be L. M. Montgomery's birthday? When I was planning this video and decided to include a passage from Anne of Green Gables, I immediately knew that my character would have loved to meet L. M. Montgomery, a woman who, like her, defied the expectations of women of her time. When writing the script I only paid attention to the year she was born, 1874, however, upon reviewing it again, I noticed that the date was November 30, the same date that I would publish my video. I like to think that Eloise (my character) did meet Lucy and that this wasn't just a mere coincidence.

Oooo lovely way of filming. THIS is the first video this season to MAKE ME get into the spirit of Christmas a bit! Well done. Now I need to light lots of candles. Cute paintings on them by the way. I always loved that scene of Anne getting her dress with puffed sleeves. Matthew was so sweet to think of her and want to make her happy. He was a good "papa" to her.
