Sewing projects | Chocolate chip muffins | Spring ambience | Relaxation
Recipe "Chocolate Muffins"
200 ml milk
2 medium eggs
150 grams of sugar
250 gr wheat flour
50 ml vegetable oil
70 gr butter
60 gr cocoa
70 grams of chocolate drops (optional)
10 gr baking powder
10 gr vanilla sugar,
a pinch of salt
Output 16 pieces.
Mix all dry ingredients: flour + cocoa + salt + vanilla sugar + baking powder.
Rub butter (room temperature) with sugar. Then add vegetable oil and mix well with a mixer.
Add 2 eggs - mix. Pour in warm milk - stir. Now combine all the ingredients, mix and bake in a muffin mold at 180C for 20-25 minutes.

February 12 2024 Maryland USA: I have noticed the pin cushions in other video’s and so thrilled to see it here. There is either a pattern or information on the video for the size. I will watch a few times and with the overhead of her camera I am so sure that this will be a make to keep and gift to others. The detail with the lace on the lid’s rim just continues to showcase her quality of work. Seeing the ruffle being laid on top does give it ease in this project. With lots of glue!!!! I love the jar to put buttons or beads in. Even if it is for decorations.
