Pancakes recipe
1 liter of milk
4 eggs
whisper of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 cups flour (glass volume 250 ml.) Approximately 300 grams.
I always put flour "on the eye"
olive oil 3 tbsp
You can add baking powder if you wish. I don't add baking powder.
Knead the dough, let stand for 5-10 minutes and bake in a hot pan.
Meat filling:
Fry the onion in a pan, add minced meat, salt, pepper, add spices to taste. Fry the minced meat until tender, but so that it remains juicy. Cool, twist in a meat grinder.
Curd stuffing:
Mix medium moisture cottage cheese with sugar to taste.

Ciao cara. Sempre una gioia il tuo appuntamento. Vedo con piacere che hai molti simpatizzanti, il numero è cresciuto notevolmente. Mi piacciono le tue ricette che fondamentalmente non si discostano molto dalle nostre, noi i pancake li imbottiamo con prosciutto e formaggio. O con erbette di campo. Un suggerimento quando fai il ripieno di carne metti anche con la cipolla un paio di carote e poi nel ripieno qualche patata bollita, il ripieno verrà più morbido. Noi abbiamo un orto molto grande, l’aglio lo abbiamo piantato prima della fine di gennaio, (abitiamo in alta Italia e precisamente a Verona)e le cipolle un mese dopo. Questa settimana abbiamo piantato le zucchine, i pomodori, melanzane peperoni insomma tutte le verdure possibili. Noi siamo dei gran mangiatori di verdura. Il clima è diversò però ho notato che avete una buona terra molto morbida. Grazie

Your “pancakes” look so yummy. The thinness of the wrap reminds me of a crépe, but the coloring (toastiness) looks like a tortilla, especially after you added the hamburger meat and onions.

Our dirt is really sticky and difficult to dig in, (it is referred to as “gumbo”) it likes to clump up and stick to the shovel, and offers little to no nutrients.
Anyway, I’m sorry, I’ve rambled on too much. We “ southern” women love to talk…

We always point it out to each other, when we see swans on tv/movies, photos, figurines, etc…
I’m curious, are there snakes around there? I thought about it when your husband was digging.
There would’ve been at least one or two if not more, if it was me digging.
I grew up in west Texas (it was just like an old western movie or tv show) orange-y colored dirt skies, tumbleweeds blowing across the dirt roads, and rattlesnakes and other poisonous snakes slithering everywhere.
I’ve nearly been bitten three times by 6 foot long or longer rattlesnakes. So needless to say, I’m TERRIFIED of ALL snakes.

Blessedly I moved away from that area, and the rattlers, but sadly I still deal with the non poisonous ones nearly daily.
It’s VERY difficult to stay motivated to work in the yard when I find them as often as I do.
For instance, I was pouring some top soil out of a leftover bag and there were THREE snakes in it. UGH
I’m sooo thankful that my wonderful husband ALWAYS deals with them!!!!!!!!!

I live in Australia. One of my friends come from the Ukraine. She makes pancakes with ricotta cheese and raisins. I love them. Growing up my mum always made pancakes with lemon juice and sprinkled with sugar. That is still my favourite way of eating pancakes. I like your meat idea. Now I'm hungry. 😄

Witam serdecznie Olesiu my już po Świętach i dojadamy frykasy które pozostały. Oj czuję że po tych ciastach to boczki się zaokrąglą i trzeba przejść na dietkę ale to dlatego żeby się nie zmarnowało. Naleśniki wyglądają smakowicie. Też często robię naleśniki. U mnie z nadzienie z mięsa gotowanego i warzyw, a inne z serem, albo owocami.
