Good takes on QB's as an LSU fan I can remember the days when our defense was well above the offense. I always said that if our defense wasn't on the field all four quarters we weren't going to win. Nuss must learn to run the ball. Too many times there was a wide open field in front of him and he made dumb throwing plays. At spring ball he needs to shake off his fears about running and just do it. However, he's a gunslinger! Geaux Tigers!

He can run; throw; and has those leadership intangibles that equate to performing in clutch situations. Way too early for anything until the transfer portal dust settles. I just dont see DeBoer having the kind of toughness that's defined, Bama. I think he's the biggest liability in your program!

The hardest scheduled from last season was Fl overall but they had less ranked away games. playing Texas and Tennessee on the road whereas UGA on the road against Bama, Texas, Ole Miss. I do believe is a factor but I do believe the great SEC teams that have good coaches and willing to develop will get back to the top,.

It's all opinion based. Nussimier is stiff as a board which is the reason he got negative yards. He can't escape the pocket. Escaping the pocket is part of being a QB. Also he threw 29 TDs...not 32. Also Nussimier had 525 pass attempts and damn near 200 was incomplete. He also got a lower completion percentage than LaNorris sellers. If Nussimier is what you say he is, why is he going into his 5th year as a college QB? I'm not going to mention the fact that DJ Lagway was a true freshman doing what he did while Nussimier couldn't sniff the field for 3 years. Now....did you even watch college football outside of LSU?
@@KangarooBlack Nuss moves very well in the pocket. He bides his time back there. Eyes always down field looking for a receiver to break open. He just pretty much refuses to tuck it and run. If his OC/QB coach Joe Sloan can just convince him to head upfield 4-5 times a game would be a massive problem for the defense. Nuss's completion % was better than most SEC starters. You remember who the LSU starting QB was in '22 and '23? Maybe that's why he didn't start sooner. lagway and his int every 21 pass attempts. Drops to a pic EVERY 17 attempts VS P4 competition. UNDER 60% completion rate. THAT lagway?
Texas Starting QB this past season is coming back for another year. So now Alabama might be able to steal him away from Texas. You all almost had him anyway.

Why would BAMA need Texas or any other QB when u have three already here and should be pretty good? U can have TX.QB. we're just fine
Ewers is not that good to me and the NFL might not be a good fit right now needs to stay in college for more experience and growth
