The SEC should only go to 9 games when the small10 reaches SEC level from top to bottom. we have Vandy. they have Rutgers, NW, Purdue, M St, UCLA, maryland, IU, Illi, Washington, Iowa...etc etc

How you gonna sell a playoff buy in game lets say LSU vs. SC ? First of all, Sankey and the SEC dont select any playoff teams. 2nd, what will the ACC, Big 10 or Big 12 say to this ? Its not making level playing fields better. Third of all if you lose 3 games you dont deserve in the playoffs, period point blank.
The SEC and the Big Ten will be the ones setting the Playoff rules starting in 2026. They both could easily mandate a play-in/championship game winner gets in the Playoff.
