I think in retrospect, whether we liked this movie or hated it, liked the sequels or hated them, we can all agree on one thing: The music in this trailer hit all of us.
This week marks the first time I've ever seen the trailer since Star Wars was something I mostly avoided until now so I'm confident that this trailer will continue to impact others as time moves on.

4 and a half years later and this is still the greatest trailer of all time for me. I remember watching it over and over again when it came out. Life peaked right around this time. I know many people didn't like the movies but I thought they were amazing. I will stand by that to my grave!

Unless EVERY ship is 100% computer piloted, which the starfighters, and smaller freighters wouldn't be, there would be a bigger mess than downtown Miami during a flash snow storm.
This trailer, years later, is hands down the best music I’ve ever heard for the series. There’s so much more emotion in it with the subtle slow down and flowing notes. Absolutely EPIC and it really is disappointing it wasn’t in the movie. It would have made this decent movie into a fitting finale

this trailer was kind of a wet dream for every star wars fan. the music, the battles, the reprising characters and the duals, the different planets. only for the completed project to be underwhelming. like it’s crazy how good of a trailer this is for such a bad outcome.

I didn't know then that when Threepio said he was taking one last look at his friends, just how true that would be for me in Christmas of 2019. So many of mine would pass over the next 3 years due to complications with COVID attacking preexisting conditions and suicide from depression of the layoffs. Its hard. But its the memories that count. I hope that the world can come back to a better place in the near future. Lets put 2020-2024 behind us.

I've just watched all the trailers for this trilogy and no matter how bad and mid these movies were... These trailers are absolutely outstanding, awe-inspiring and genuinely have made me cry. And I remember the hype surrounding each movie and going into an absolutely packed IMAX theatre to watch them. It wasn't all bad.
They’re gonna make more for sure.... they milked this franchise so hard already the udders are like raisins , and it’s only been a few short years since the acquisition. Disney has many, many years of abuse and destruction to put this franchise through
The music made me cry and the ending of the movie had me in tears but the film was full of plot wholes and you could tell that the director didn’t really have a clue on what he was doing, even though it was bad this trilogy will always have a place in my heart.

this trailer was kind of a wet dream for every star wars fan. the music, the battles, the reprising characters and the duals, the different planets. only for the completed project to be underwhelming. like it’s crazy how good of a trailer this is for such a bad outcome.

I didn't know then that when Threepio said he was taking one last look at his friends, just how true that would be for me in Christmas of 2019.
So many of mine would pass over the next 3 years due to complications with COVID attacking preexisting conditions and suicide from depression of the layoffs. Its hard. I've just watched all the trailers for this trilogy and no matter how bad and mid these movies were... These trailers are absolutely outstanding, awe-inspiring and genuinely have made me cry.
And I remember the hype surrounding each movie and going into an absolutely packed IMAX theatre to watch them. It wasn't all bad.

Emily Kruger the movie had its faults I will admit but definitely some positive steps up from The Last Jedi I would say lol!
The music made me cry and the ending of the movie had me in tears but the film was full of plot wholes and you could tell that the director didn’t really have a clue on what he was doing, even though it was bad this trilogy will always have a place in my heart.
