Everytime I invite my friend it says he joined my crew but not anywhere in my session we both on PS5

Everyone I get in a crew with my friend whether it’s his or my crew whenever we try to race it says “failed to join event will play event alone” how do I fix that?

The Multyplayer platform have a lot off problems .

I play on PS5 and my friend plays on PS4, when i send a invite to the crew it tells me “your not in a crew” and he doesn’t receive the invite but it says “invitation sent” and the same happens when he sends me a invite

I own psn but when I invite my friend it wants me to pay again when I own it and when it says he joined he is not In my session

It keeps saying fail to join event when I try to race with my friend
Every time they join my crew we’d do a playlist race and they’d spawn next to me right after. But after not even a minute they’d just disappear, how do I fix this that issue.
Right now they will despawn and respawn around you. It's a known issue that should be fixed soon
Same it’s so annoying when we go to cruise all of a sudden he disappears and takes forever to get him back in the map
everytime i join my friends crew after about a minute it disconnects me from the session

@PepperHomie all of my friends are on ps5 and we can only play with a total of 2 people in the crew if we try to fill the crew it automatically kicks 2 people and leaves the leader and one friend
@@toddbryant3026 could be a connection issue with one of the friends or a server issue. Hard to give you an answer without being there to trouble shoot
Me and my friend are both on ps5 and we can join each others crew and then it removes us after a minute, how do i fix this???
Who want to play?
I play on PS4 and my friend on PS5 with PS4 version. We are in crew together, we see each other in the lobby driving around. But when we start a playlist race and invite each other it says failed to join session.
If you are in a crew together, you just click play with crew. You aren't inviting each other when you start the race
@@PepperHomie well when you click play with crew the other gets a race "invite notification". They will be brought with you to the race. But then we get a black loading screen with an error. And then the race starts solo.
@@kevinvennegoor3239 not aware of this issue. I would contact ubisoft support or have another ps4 user try to play with the ps5 player that is on the ps4 version to confirm it's not the connection being the problem.
@@kevinvennegoor3239 The exact same thing happens to my friends and I, no matter if it's 2, 3 or 4 of us together. And it's hit or miss if we can see each other on the map. Co-op is definitely broken in this game.

It doesn't say invite to crew. Instead it says deleted friend. Help plss
I am playing in ps5 so do my friends but it will only let me play with one of my friend the other is saying could not join (either in my party or my friend) and he’s playing solo because he won’t let him play in neither of our crew party

Whenever i try and join my friends. All it says in the corner is "couldnt join the crew"

@@edgeofyourseatgaming21 that is your problem. No crossgen play. They would need to download the ps4 version on the ps5 to play with you. They should see that in their library

@@edgeofyourseatgaming21 I'm not familiar with how the crew 2 works. Im just suggesting you try what I suggested to see if that works cause that's most likely the issue.

He is in my crew but we cant see each other.

How do I see other players around the world like The Crew 2? Just going around the map and seeing and encounter other players like freestyle or something. I only see like 5 out of 29 connected in the session and sometimes I dont or cant see them.
They should be around in free roam while driving

I just finished the 911 Legacy event with a friend. After finishing it, my progress saved, his didn’t. We played as crew. We both on the PS5. Any fix?

My friend who’s on PS5 has had the game since launch, he still is unable to receive or join any invites, I am also on PS5 and have never been able to join the invites he sends or the invites others have sent. I’ve deleted and re-download the game numerous times.
i think i just found a way , invite them first dont make a party first then they will appear on the map

I invite my friend and it says hes in my crew but we can see eachother, we can only see eachother in the car meet spot. We tried turning off cross play and setting our region to the same country. Still didnt work we took about 2 hours trying to fix it but we couldn't
Edit: for anyone with the same issue I would say just wait for the new summit on Wednesday hopefully it will be fixed by then, and its a known issue that's occurring to almost everyone I've talked to

You can do a private race after beating the race you want to play private

What you are referring to is crossgen which is possible if the ps5 downloads the ps4 version

I have an issue when I was trying to play with a friend on Xbox but whenever I tried inviting my friend to the game it says that he’s on the server but then he just disappears and then it says something about his preferences or something like that

I could only race with a crew of 2. 3 or 4 would have the crew disconnect into solo races after long loading screens. Very buggy.
Sometimes I needed to invite friends 3 times (and wait a minute in between) before it worked

It's a known bug. Have to wait for a fix or figure out which player is causing the disconnect. It's usually ps5 with the issue

Sounds like a connection issue. Most likely NAT type related. I would recruit a 4th person to see if they connect fine or maybe even switch hosts to figure out who's causes the issue

@@PepperHomiei’m on xbox and my friend invites me and i accept the invite but on the left above the speedometer it says something along the lines of “due to privledges you cannot join” everytime i send him a invite he DOESNT get one.

This was present before release and was also present in forza horizon 5 upon release. This should be fixed in an upcoming update if it's not intentional

Best the Playlist race once then redo the race and you should be able to choose to use personal cars in the settings. Alternatively just do grand race

Can you Setup your own races with your own cars? Or you Have to play the preset races?
Preset races only but you can use your own cars in them after completing them 1 time.

My friend joined my crew & we tried to meet up somewhere but he never pops up , I guess u can only do the races together.. smh Forza is undefeated
They will pop up, just drive around the same spot on the map. I play with my team member in free roam and we meet up no issue

You have to pay for the online service of your platform to play online. Works like that on every online game that is not free to play
