Do you have cocoa and bananas? Make this chocolate dessert that everyone is talking about!

A simple banana cake recipe that will not leave anyone indifferent! 😍
300 g overripe banana pulp
115 g butter
1 egg
145 g brown sugar (or white, or 50/50)
125 g wheat flour
50 g cocoa powder (dark alkalized)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Mash the bananas into a puree. Pour in melted butter, 1 egg and sugar. Mix everything with a whisk.
Mix cocoa with flour, salt, soda and cinnamon. Sift the mixture into the banana base and stir again.
Grease the pan with butter or line it with parchment and pour the dough into it.
(size of my form: 20x10 cm).
Baking was carried out at a temperature of 160°C (320°F) - 60 minutes. During the last 20 minutes of baking, cover the pie with foil to keep the crumb structure moist and prevent it from drying out.
Cool slightly in the pan and then on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
