There is nothing unusual happening

- You see this image of water and some atoms in your brain move around and you register what you see as water. You do not detect anything out of the ordinary when considering this water. Thus, you conclude that this water is indeed normal as there is nothing unusual about it. The irony of this chain of events is that it is in these times that man exemplifies the reasons for which one must practice the principles of reserved optimism. It is only in this way that we acknowledge the ultimate intentions they hold for us, for when judgement is unclouded, there is no longer any unconscious force that convinces us to distort what we perceive as the objective truth. The passage of time is an indifferent entity that is the benefactor of all conscientiousness, for when the ugly head of regret is reared, it is only an intangible movement that allows us to surpass the parasites who thirst for gratification that we grant sustenance to with our own thought. The deciding factor of what they eventually recognize of us is the decision we must all make between allowing ourselves to be absorbed by the careless circulation of time or becoming fixated and obsessed with what we cannot change.

There is nothing unusual about the water. But there was one thing you missed.
For the entire duration while you were gazing at the water, there was a Ohio-class nuclear powered submarine armed with a UGM-133A Trident II submarine launched ballistic missiles watching your every move underneath the water. It was laughing at your utter incompetence, and doesn't even see you as a threat.

Upon detailed evaluation by numerous experts, we have ultimately arrived at a mutual conclusion that the fluid presented in this footage is indeed water and all parameters are nominal. An independent peer review was commissioned to verify the validity of the initial observation and tentative conclusion, thus confirming that there is, in fact, nothing unusual about the [redacted].
Actually, due to the environment around the water we can conclude that this is in fact, a fresh water lake. Meaning that it is in the minority compared to salt water. Risking some possibly biased and racist reasonings we can conclude that, because it is in the minority, it is actually unusual.
do you recognize the bodies in the water tho
Snails are smart and social animals. They like to eat jellyfish and dinosaurs. Snails live in big houses with gardens. Sometimes their house is set near a waterpool but as it is quite dangerous, not many settle there. One day the snails will rule the world, but not tomorrow because tomorrow is moving day. French also like to eat snails.

The famous water paradox
It is to me, now, in fact the most unusual water I've ever seen.
You see, where an amateur would lie about the water to try and dissuade us from looking at it, a professional would purposefully not lie about the water, but leave us doubting whether or not they are lying, thus leaving us distracted from other areas to make it easier to pass things through undetected.
