Also what VR said about age- there are artists who actually peaked in they're 40s and onwards. The people in the Pegboard Nerds and Infected Mushroom are actually in they're 40's. Also in electronic music you can brand as whatever you like(go masked and have brand character) and people are not as focused on the looks of the artist but more on the music being put out. I already mentioned them but the Pegboard Nerds have blue characters as they're branding and they perform live without a mask/helmet so go for it!
@@RiosVictor 1000% yes. I know, obligatory "We need an X and X collab!" But, I would love to hear you two sound design mega minds work together on a track. Although I know you both are extremely busy
Yes, up to 16 voices and you don't necessarily need the modular Grid devices for it. There's voice stack, spread and control as modulators for any rack device. Can be relatively CPU heavy, but there are ways to combat that.
2:12:53 Im trying to understand how this colorizer works. I notice the vocoder freq. range here: 43.7 Hz is F0, and 9.40 Khz - is D8, and also 32 bands that separated by specific way
I got it! 32 bands. And they are "enabled" every 4th starting from 1st. This is the F note frequences. How they are giving to us exactly the F notes? A "distance" between bands is 3 semitones: 1st band is F, 2nd - G#, 3rd - B, 4th - D, 5th - F again e.t.c. The last band is on 9.4 Khz that's D. And what's D +3 st? Its F! These settings, BW - 10%, Depth over 100% - and you got the F note resonance.

1:20:40 pretty much every sound designer ever.
I like jour hair ❤❤
the real question is, how do you take a solid loop like this @2:17:00 and make an entire song out of it 🤔
Nasko collab when!!
You look like a space samurai
1:16:49 did someone really ask if you've heard of culprate, when he remixed Gangsters? I've been listening too long i guess
Whats the reason why the fm and the little pitch drifts sounds so cool together? I really like to know the technical background!
Love ❤️
