This video is gold. Feels like a bootleg version of the camp. Never change.

This if anything, makes me trust Eion and his programming more. I will definitely use Sika programming if I choose that route in the future.

This is going to have detrimental effects on the app’s revenue 😂

That depends on how you look at it. Another viable viewpoint is "these guys are putting their money where their mouth is and are (for free) showing their work and thought processes for programming for athletes." That is a huge confidence boost if I'm someone looking to buy their products or use their app

I don’t think so. After you tried programming for yourself and fucked it up because you are not objective you will just leave it to the pros.

@@paulsohns3930yeah. It doesn’t really matter how good you are, most people will still prefer to have someone else program for them. Eoin is case in point w/ Anton and others in the past.

my problem is i'm not patient enough to wait 12 weeks to max out. i remember reading in R.A. Roman's book him saying you can try for a PR every 2 weeks if you want and I took that as start out light work up to heavier week by week but if you want you can try a PR every two weeks.

      Don’t do this

I guess that you might be able to get away with that, if you are enhanced. Otherwise you will probably burn out and/or hurt yourself, and hit a plateau pretty quick. Peaking every other week seems like extreme stress and injury risk to be sustainable long term. You have to allow your body time to adapt and recover.

Oh damn ive been doing the 4 days straight then 3 days off so its more beneficial for me to do 2 on 1 off? Like a asynchronous split?
