28 Minute Hip and Low Back Mobility Flexibility and Stretch Routine | Hips, Legs, Back, Shoulders

- Grab a mat for this 28 minute mobility, flexibility, and stretch routine. We combine dynamic and static stretches during today's routine. The main focus will be the hip flexors and low back. We also hit the muscles surrounding those areas as well like the hamstrings, quadriceps, and shoulders. If at any time the stretch feels too much, back out of it and decrease the range of motion. Options to intensify the stretch and to modify the stretch are given throughout. I hope this makes your muscles feel more free. Let me know how you liked it in the comments below : )
