Half a year ago I wasn’t looking forward to an ocean crossing at all but now I have to admit that it’s a lot better than expected. We missed the competition element from the way in what was fun and kept you busy.
On the way back we were very lucky to have T joining us, not only when it was her turn to cook

Fijn dat de grote oversteek zo goed ging! Ik heb het weer dagelijks gevolgd en vermoeddeal dat jullie plm. deze koers zouden varen. Maar wat een Lucullus maaltijden (leve Tina!) tijdens een oversteek! Nu de laatste tocht naar wat we hier noemen “het nieuwe normaal” of “de anderhalve meter samenleving”. Sterkte me her-inburgeren straks!

We use PredictWind but mostly the GFS and ECMWF models. And Julia Andrys was coaching us in the background via the Go!

Zijn jullie het laatste stuk getrokken door een speedboat? Zo zag ik jullie voor Duinkeren, en zo waren jullie in IJmuiden. Heb vanmiddag jullie boot gezien in Amsterdam. Jammer dat ik jullie niet zag. Toch raar dat je de boot in werkelijkheid ziet na zoveel uren video. Beetje hetzelfde gevoel als de eerste keer de Rolling Stones zien..

The background music is loud most of the time and makes it difficult to understand your voice/s or maybe you are some distance from the camera.
The music is adapted when there’s something potentially worth hearing and not when (I think) not or when it’s in Dutch anyway. I had another look based on your feedback and saw that there was one scene around a passing ship where I apparently forgot to mute it a bit. My sincere apologies ...
