    The average big box machete out of the package just seems wanting of improvement and handle is one of those improvements. You have to feel like the handle is something you can keep ahold of or allow proper leverage as you are working the blade to cut. I appreciate your approach to this handle. Nice work.

    Found the same exact machete at a yard sale and it's in as bad of condition as the one in the video. Searched machetes restoration to see how I could go about restoring it. Looks like I found the right video, although I'm going to try to save the handle. It has some pretty cool history

    3 Observaciones 1ro.para quitar los remaches de la cacha usa taladro y broca para debilitarlos no batalles, 2do. Lija tambien la base de la cacha por eso se oxida y se hace porosa que dices con la cacha de madera se tapa, y 3ro. Le tapaste donde va la correa para ponerla en la muñeca y no se safe el machete cuando lo uses. Simple comentario.
