TMII is large park with real size traditional houses from all over Indonesia and has some museum. you can easily spend a whole day in TMII because its big park. To reach TMII you can try new LRT line from Dukuh Atas Station in central Jakarta.
fyi, pantai indah kapuk 2 (PIK 2) is an independent city which currently has the size wide of approximately 6000 hectar. 6000 hectar land for independent city of PIK 2 and it's not certain A.K.A these independent city can be extended anytime by the PIK 2 company. And these city is still on development (not 100% fully finished yet), it takes a couple years ahead but indeed some areas of PIK 2 have been opened and can be visited by public.

You can go to PIK 2 through busway (TransJakarta) from Monas to PIK (Pantjoran) then take a free shuttle bus to PIK 2
