That was amazing! Some instructors call this type of class a Mandala practice, because of the circular nature and constant movement of the flow. I feel the world and my time is not linear, but a loop, instead of making a bee-line from one point to another. Thank you!

I really enjoy the strength based flows you've posted lately, but after 2 days of intense post-lockdown massaging and giving out energy I really needed something stretchy, opening and energising to regain myself again and being achy first thing in the morning I saw this flow... Honestly, this in combination with some additional glute stretches and a bit of foam rolling hit the spot perfectly and made me feel human again. Thank you kindly for all your amazing work!
Nice to move from the front to the back in this practice. I’m very much into creative exploring yoga moves over the mat and outside the mat. My arms where a bit sore from the TT I did live with you on Friday & Saturday so this legwork was welcome 🙏🏻 As always, thank you & peace back to you

I love this and at the same time wonder if you would ever consider filming it again, with less cueing, or more concise cueing. I find it a bit hard to follow at times because of the different cues, or extra explanations. Just saying, still love it, will still practice it again.
