Even though these cards were collected in order but it was a pain in the arse crossing back and forth across the map going back to Tumbleweed all the time.

I love how yours are more spot on compared to some of the others who try and help us. However, I'm struggling to reach #15. It's frustrating me. 😅 I can see it with my dead eye but can't find a way to get to it when I reach the smallest ledge possible. 😢
Hey not sure if this helps or not, I had the same frustration. I ended up climbing up from the west side of the main road (along the bottom of the third stripe up from the river) that's northwest of the waypoint he has in the video, and climbed up and around on foot over the boulders/rockslide area to the top of the cliff. I found some thyme and ginseng up there, and then I went back east and southeast towards the waypoint that he has marked on the map. I could see it from where I was walking towards it and went over above it... if you have full health you can slide down the little crevasse to get to it. Just be careful, that step can be a doozy!
There is a little path as well that is between the trees on the top there, so you don't have to fall for it like I did. Realized that on my way out of there haha. 🙂 Also if it helps, there is a cluster of trees including a thick tree and a few boulders, the one that looks like a rotisserie chicken on its side is the one closest to where the path is for the bone. I don't know how the heck that lady is gonna get there, but good luck to her I guess haha.

Good guide but it would be helpful if you showed just a little more of the surroundings and your approach to give a better idea of where you are. I had a really hard time locating some of these due to the lack of details.
I had already completed this a few years back but I ended up started again and now going for the platinum trophy and I’ve collected all bones and picked up the letter saying to meet her but it doesn’t come up on the map I went there just incase but nothing any ideas????

You cant as arthur as there is an invisible death barrier blocking you from New Austin

I found that serial killer. And didn't even know that was his hide out. Made it easier when I went back and got the clues
