I have a 1972 Argosy 26 that I remodeled in 1996 Hope to use it for an AirB&B in the future the original AC unit worked until 2008 amazing. That looks like a great camping spot
Imagine how fun it would be able to stay a night in each accommodation 🤗🤗 what a fun, unique, nostalgic, place to stay💝 beautiful place, thanks for this video love love it, hope to see more someday💝
Those camps were unique and very cool. The designers really did do a great job. I like the covered wagon and the VW. I could definitely hang out in the Airstream. Good find, Good video.
Wow!!! I love the design of these tiny houses glamping structures!! The color pallet and furniture design is beautiful!! I would definitely stay at this beautiful camp ground!!! Thank you sharing it with all of us out here in RUclips land! 🙏🏻 Cheers
I like all your videos you put together, I like the campgrounds, the RVs, and I've traveled over half a million miles myself in an RV, so I really appreciate everything you do for the RV World. It's too bad the RVs have have been taken negatively by so many homeowners associations, and I'm not really senior or handicapped ready, and are very expensive. I think if our youth today growing up had two chances to RV like you're demonstrating are like I did, there would be a lot more love and families and education of the world. Thank you for all your efforts and for showing.
Thanks for coming to Maine, Patrick! I live about a half hour from Kennebunkport. My kids and grandkids have camped at Sandy Pines with their trailer, but I never knew there were places like these old retro trailers and tents that you could rent. Cool video, as always. :-)
LOVE the new intro Patrick! Short, to the point, love that riff. Always loved old RV's restored and unique camping experiences! No Tent Camping in Texas in summer. You will melt. At least I will lol!
Not too far away - Lake-In-Wood Camping Resort in Narvon, PA (Lancaster County) has a double-decker bus, caboose, tipi, and covered wagon among their rentals.
What a fun way to camp with small kids....if you don’t have your own camper....just pack up your things, pull up to one of these, and start enjoying right away...
Very cool concept, nicely done! . I like all the assortment. Looking around It’s like walking back in time strolling about a typical day in a campground. Too bad they don’t thin out a bunch of those scrub trees to open up the views of the marsh.
You really know your Airstreams don’t you! Great tour, interesting to be shown where things used to be, and so how they fixed it up. The designer did an awesome job, it looks like vintage fabrics have been used. The first trailer is adorable, and their linen service is a top notch presentation.
WoW Patrick ....these are beautiful.. great ideas indeed That Airstream must have been amazing to walk into ...this is something I could definitely see you doing LOL!!! (?) I would love to have a stay there Thank you for bringing this us . Safe travels .💞
For two nights, this is about $700 odd dollars and I have to say, for the experience of staying in an old airstream, a glam ping tent or a big fifth wheeler, it would be worth it. This place looks amazing, all the equipment you can hire and use, from bikes to stand up paddle bards ! It looks like so much fun ~~ have to find out if we have this type f ‘resort’ here in Australia ~~ looks and sounds just wonderful !!
Hey Patrick, this is our 'Go To' campground. Wish we'd known you were coming up to Maine... Would have loved to have met you. This is where we met your neighbors Stephanie and Jeremy from the Atlas RV Podcast.
Wow super cool I don't have any free time but I'm hoping next year I can rest and enjoy the outdoors..When you're working it's hard to Say today I'm going to go camping but enjoy everything look's great.. thank you Patrick from New Jersey!"🧭🏞
Not mecum of tea, but then I never was a glamour, so I gave it a thumbs up for it's creativity and sense of fun. Even I might go there though, If the prices are right. I think you forgot to leave a link for the lazy! ;-D
What are some of the prices for rentals, how about reservations, and is his place very buggy, being by the marsh, it could be off a buggy in the summer months? Seeing more and more of these type of glamping Poppin up all over the United States. Thank you for sharing very educational and it looks like a lot of fun.
They are cool, but don't like that there is no little kitchen and toilet. If you need to go to the washroom at Nite this would be very inconvenient, especially if it was rainy or cold!
Their prices are comparable to the West Coast prices too. I think either Yellowstone, Sequoia , have some of these tent cabins also. There are quite a few glam camping 4 Airstream trailers also.
WOW! What an amazing campground. So unique I've never seen anything like this. My favorite was the Airstream. I would love to rent that as long as bathroom facilities are close by. Did you run into any members of the Bush family when you were up there?
Great video. We used to have a vintage ‘67 FAN travel trailer. They are wonderful. This one looked so familiar. I would like to check out the link to this campground ⛺️. Could you please post it here? Thanks 😊!!!
Do you know of a similar camp ground a bit closer to Jersey? Normally I’d be ok with the drive but we have a small baby. Definitely going to check this campground out next year! Awesome!
Apparently they want no indoor cooking? Both trailers had no stove or anything out that could even heat water...that's a big issue when it is pouring rain and the bugs are attacking...
***.. Been there .. structures where not there then .. ( at that time clean bathrooms .. not so !! big insects .. bugs .. spiders .. ashhhh would not use showers .. ) but it's a nice campground indeed .. $$ how much / night ? ***
Patrick, How painful was it to look at the inside of that gutted Airstream? Even the window coverings they put in didn't give anyone inside any privacy. Some windows weren't even covered at all. Just ridiculous.
Was excited about this at first, but deal breaker:: No kitchens or sinks or running water in the units. There was supposed to be a very nice toilet building, not shown, what about showers ...
You haven't lived until you see an 8 ft tall gigantic upright walking ape (Bigfoot) outside your camper beating the crap out of it. You'll never go into the woods after that unless you're bat crap crazy.
The trailer doesn't have a sink, stove, microwave or bathroom. How is this like a "real" experience. Are you supposed to eat at restaurants for all your meals? this would be nothing like really camping. Interesting concept though.
Oh, my, goodness, what a gem of a campground, featuring lovely, cozy and nostalgic decor! 🇨🇦
Thank you for checking it out
You're so right, Patrick. They do have some very cool ideas. Thanks for the tour. It was a lot of fun!

Yes very unique

Love your reviews, of both rigs and campgrounds, Patrick. I get always get good ideas of where to camp with our trailer.
The decor is so cute. I love how they have themed areas. It makes it so interesting to walk around the whole camp ground!

Thank you for checking it out. Yes that would be a better view

That was a great video! Almost makes me sad I don't live in New England any more. Maybe a visit home we can head up there for a few days.
Beautiful place to visit for sure

How fun! Just marvelous! (Not a fan of remote toilets, but love the themed campsites!)

Thank you for the Suggestion
My thoughts also. Would not stay where I have to walk to outside bathroom in the middle of the night. Not happening.
I have done these kinds of camping experiences. Great alternative to tent camping. Washrooms and showers nearby.
Margaret Hardacre what, so you would never stay in a tent ?
@@tamzinmenadue4887 NO, been there, done that already!
Their prices are comparable to the West Coast prices too. I think either Yellowstone, Sequoia , have some of these tent cabins also. There are quite a few glam camping 4 Airstream trailers also.

Not sure about one like this neat NJ. I know there is another type of glamping campground in VA
Nice and inviting.
GREAT PLACE
I love it
For the airstream where's the area to cook? And to keep your kitchen stuff?
The cooking is outside just like a cabin rental
Really cool!!!
Thank you very much
Very nicel
Thank you 🙏🏼
Cool!
WOW NEW INTRO!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Sweet new intro bro
Thank you very much
Apparently they want no indoor cooking? Both trailers had no stove or anything out that could even heat water...that's a big issue when it is pouring rain and the bugs are attacking...
Think of it as more of a cabin or a tent and less of an RV
They have mini fridge for drinks and snacks, it's great for both sides, trailer doesn't get trashed and they get to enjoy dining out, Vacation Wooooo
Thank you
thanks for info I am in Maine
***.. Been there .. structures where not there then .. ( at that time clean bathrooms .. not so !! big insects .. bugs .. spiders .. ashhhh would not use showers .. ) but it's a nice campground indeed .. $$ how much / night ? ***
It’s hard to be in the woods and not have spiders and critters roaming about.
I don't see the link.
SandyPinesCampground.com
How much do they cost a night ?
Nice intro dude
Thank you 🙏🏼
Patrick, How painful was it to look at the inside of that gutted Airstream? Even the window coverings they put in didn't give anyone inside any privacy. Some windows weren't even covered at all. Just ridiculous.
It wasn’t too bad. The 70’s Airstreams are not closest to my heart ❤️
Glad for you to have such a fun Vlog. Great video. Keep'em coming....wish you could make some money from your videos....
Thank you very much
Nice tour and cute campers, but no water and no places to cook and not even a toilet or shower in the campers?
Was excited about this at first, but deal breaker:: No kitchens or sinks or running water in the units. There was supposed to be a very nice toilet building, not shown, what about showers ...
Thank you for checking this out. The bath house is a few yards away
They must not have electricity turn on until rented!?😁
Don’t you hate it when someone says they’re going to share a link and then they don’t.

Airstream is the shit.
Beautiful, but those Maine mosquitoes and black flies... 😩😩😩

Hi 80s is hot to you? That is Sweater Weather to us in Southern Arizona
The only thing you ain't told us is how much a night to pay to sleep in one of these places we need to know the prices..
Thank you for checking it out. The prices very depending on date and structure
@@NewJerseyOutdoorAdventures thank you give me an example like how much a night if you can..
Disappointed that they took the kitchens and bathrooms out
