I had all prolapses repaired and more a little over a year ago. Life changing in all good ways! So thankful to the Lord for the surgeon and the medical that’s available today. 💕

Thank you for sharing your journey! Reflects much of my experience. The surgery included removal of 2 large cysts and experienced a 25 day case of COVID at recovery week 10. Now 6mos out and still recovering or adjusting with steady increase in exercise and walking. The pain & discomfort is miserable. Physio access is limited, still seeking a credible therapist.
    You are an inspiration.

I love how she touches on the triggers that we fear. I have to stay away from groups due to the triggers I get, be it guilt for feeling better or if Im in a darker place with anxiety. I find it happens in very large support groups. There are boundaries our souls need with all the groups we can join. Im so glad you have a blessed healing and love that you can share this. Thank you for sharing. Thats a beautiful thing in itself. I just had a banding hemerroid procedure and it freaked m out with having rectocele before I went for it. I had to create "fear boundaries "with just myself on here are the facts, here is your plan and I can do this. Id go into more detail. But just love your articulation of the healing process and what you are allowing your authentic self to go for! Awesome!

Your insight about setting "fear boundaries" and focusing on facts and personal plans is so powerful - it's wonderful that you've found a way to navigate your healing journey while protecting your emotional well-being. Keep honoring your authentic self and celebrating each step forward, no matter how small! 🎉💖 ~ Vibrant Support

Oh my goodness. I love this so much. You SHOULD make that a show, about the crochet clit being lost and trying to guide the growth man trying to find it between the cushions.... 😂😂😂😂I would die of laughter. I can't wait to find your comedy

Also, wonder why you don't go by DR Nicola. I'm certain you have reasons, but if you have a PhD do you go by Dr when you go into soap to medical pros?
