Me too man om listening almost 30 years and ride the lightning was my go to album always growing up
Master of Puppets if one of their most legendary songs. Title song of their 3rd album, and it's concidered one of the best heavy metal songs. Excellent pick for live show this one, as the performing in rain makes it even more epic. Also the lyrics have a deep message, telling about kind of addiction.
This was definitely an epic performance! They are really amazing
I've seen them live in concert 31 times between July 1991 - August 2023. I have never once felt disappointed or cheated, they always bring the heat for about 2 and a half hours at their live shows, non-stop energy feeding back and forth between us and the band, like we the fans and the band each feed on each others' energy and it just grows and grows. DEFINITELY see them if you ever get the chance, tickets aren't cheap but I promise the experience and the atmosphere is always worth every penny.
18x...Metallica is my favorite band since i was 17..im 59!!
Sheeeeshhh that’s crazy! They been running the industry
Battery, , Seattle 1989. Pure Fury. Lit.

Their instrumentals are absolutely amazing. They actually did two records with the San Francisco symphony orchestra and they are absolutely brilliant😂😂😂 also they performed in Antarctica. Just because they could LOL
I love the bands instrumentals as well they are absolutely the best
Metallica is the best live band ever, been to 6 concerts in sweden and they just gets better and better.

Thanks for nice Metallica reactions. Nice to see you enjoying their music. As you've noticed, they are so versatile and skillful. Here are few recommendations. Focusing on live versions, as you seem to like them most. Also trying to give different type of songs.
- Fade to Black. Their first power ballad from second album. Beautiful, sad, but heavy. Guitar solo in the end is voted very high on many all time solos lists. It's best heard on studio version, as it's bit cut on live shows, but good live is for example 2018 Lincoln version.
- Seek and Destroy, live from Quebec Magnetic. Quite funny show this one, showing they are not always so serious. :)
- Battery, live from Seattle 1989. One of their fastest songs, example of their trash style when they were still young.
- The Day that Never Comes, live for example from Quebec Magnetic show. Again song, which shows their skill to make variety of styles in one song.
- Ride the Lighthing, quite recent example of their energy fomr Canada 2023. Song from their earlier career, but good example how they are still rocking 40 years later.
- No Leaf Clover Live from S&M2. They made concerts together with symphony orhcestra. Very nice music experience, especially this songs shows how well they rock even with massive orchestra. They made same show over two decades ago, but I recommend to pick this S&M2-version, recorded few years ago.
There you go, hoping to see at least some of those. Enjoy your Metallica journey!
I appreciate you taking the time out your day to give me these, also for supporting my channel thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻
@Kizzy2x The day that Never comes live in Nimes France is the best show on this song! Seen them 18x going for 20 in 8/30-9/1 2024 Seattle!!🤘〽️

You don’t have to do a video on it, but check out a song called Orion by Metallica. NO singing, just straight instruments. Another top song from them to me.
Damn I just might have to do a video on it 🤔🤔🧐
"orion" next bro!
Coming soon!
Did you catch the "pancakes go!"? Glad he still does it 9:55
No I’m going to look now ! lol

This song can be broken down into 4 parts. The song is from the drugs point of view. First part is about the drug belittling the user into hunting down their fix second part it slows and that is the high from the drug. As it picks up again comes the crash coming down. After FIX ME is the drug telling the user your mine until the end. Just my perspective.
