How many times can you heat that penguin until it becomes properly cooked? 😅 Edit: just watched the video. That comment was for the begining, and not that fully appropriate for the video subject. I hope you don't get flares for lot of days. BTW did you try breathing/meditation techniques, those seem to help me when having flares...
Lol. It’s best after 3 minutes. Yes I do regular breath work and biofeedback through an app called Flowly. None of these techniques work for me during spasms.
@@sommerrose5218 yeah, I understand what you say, from my experience, those techniques are most effective before symptoms go wild, just as a preventive measure. Never heard of flowy, just googled it. I see that it's based on vr and biofeedback devices... It looks cool. Although there is a lot of value in being focused just on your breathing, and how it feels inside you, how it feels in your nostrils, your air ducts, how your diaphragm expands and relaxes, etc, closed eyes, and nothing else...(maybe the app also has such parts where it guides you not to focus on visuals but inside you, and simplifies it all, so if yes, just ignore what I'm saying, but my point is that although there are a plethora of meditation/breathing techniques there is also a lost subtle differences, and there could be a chance one is more effective than the other for your.)
I know how u feel im always that way.
Good 👌
Achalasia India thank you for watching. Hope you’re doing well during this pandemic!💙💙
Brain fog is SO legit, the other day I said "internet" instead of "parking lot" LOL
