this dough seems to behave well. Another way of getting the dough rolled out is to use a pasta machine. Run the pieces of dough through the machine adjusting the rollers until the dough is the thickness you want. I also use the puff pastry technique of rolling out the dough, spreading a thin layer of butter , and folding the dough, rolling out again, folding again, rolling out again, and folding once more. If you do this, the crackers bubble up when you bake them making them extra thin and crispy.
Thanks for the valuable tips Gary. I don't own the pasta machine but I know what it is. If I ever buy one I will remember to use it for this too. Thank you.
+Jessy Tran You are welcome. I'm an observant Muslim so I can't role my sleeves up in public but when I pause the camera I roll them up to finish the job ;-)
This recipe ratio is really wrong. In the video you used 1 cup water. In the website you stated 1.5cup water. It's a huge difference. It's so upsetting following your recipe and it turns out horrible
I would have loved to see you try them. Or have a friend or family member try them. But great video I enjoyed it. Thank you.
Thanks. I don’t do that, not my style but I understand why you would like to see that.

Gary Baird that's nice if you have the money for all of that. I liked how she did it. You don't need any appliances.
Thank you for your recipe, I'm just wondering why did you not fold back your sleeves when making it?

I was thinking that as well.
Why are you a Muslim? There is only one God above, Jehovah. Allah is nothing.
What's the big deal if people see your wrist, arm, or hair? Silly.
Hello. I have a kinda dumb question for you: Is the water warm, cold, or does it matter?
For this recipe as there is no yeast room temp. water is fine. You can make it a bit warm if you like. It won't make a difference.
Thanks! :)
jazzpoet1974 no question is too ”dumb”
Mmm yummy
Thanks.
Tiempos de horneado?
Mentioned in the video. But always check on them.
See you
you too.
do not try this recipe. water and flour ratio is totally wrong. 3cup flour and 1.5cup water? water should be less than 1cup.
As you can see it worked in the video. Yours might be a different recipe.
