Take a large vessel, hire an engineer, and place a diesel electrolysis machine, which converts plastic into a gas, and then the gas from the plastic converts into diesel fuel. Use two ships that operate on diesel fuel, which would pay for the trip out there. Use a second ship to store the diesel fuel, and sell it to boats/shipping and military companies for frigate use. Reduce the pollution, create fuel, right on the water.
Dan Rather does a wonderful job at reporting these issues. He's open minded, impartial, and honest reporting brings counterpose to the banality of most popular newscasters.
