Im your opposite. Im a Libra Sun in 7th but my rising sign is Pisces. I feel like this works the opposite way for me? I feel like my sun is stronger than my ASC.. most of my planets are on the right side of my birth chart so feel like im more of a person who learns myself through others if that makes sense?
I am a Taurus rising with Mars in the 7th with Mars in Scorpio. I always attract people who are borderline narcissistic or overtly sensitive. But I crave emotional intensity. And that’s all forms. All the Scorpio risings I’ve dated… were either too calm, apathetic and didn’t care much about my feelings. So, that didn’t help me at all. I attract Libra risings as well. They calm me down. Or they agree with everything I say. And it’ll piss me off, but I like them. Or I attract men those who don’t fit with my values, try to control me, those who are too busy.. so, I’ve had a field day with this whole thing.

I’ve started watching a lot of Astrology videos lately, including many of yours. I’m a complete beginner on the subject and know very little about the houses or synastry, but am slowly becoming familiar with the concept and overall attitude of commentary on the human experience. As a reasonably young and extremely dumb adult male I’ve found the field to be effective in stroking my shallow self-confidence by the simple process of applying the strong qualities described to myself with a moderate attitude of fantasy. And simultaneously applying the weaker human descriptions to people I don’t like or who are actively opposed to me. Living in such a powerfully deceptive fantasy world I have always found it helpful to be Jung at heart.

Really painful to watch... But you are right :') My descendant is in Scorpio. I had a few relationship with scorpio sun or rising. I craved it, their intensity. But it was actually never good for me, they hurt me pretty bad, while I was thinking they could make me whole. It's like running to someone you think can solve all of your problems, and they are like "wtf, get off of me". Really painful.

So true. Most stuff online just talk about the hard aspects and why they're bad, but, they don't mention what measures to take. Yes, there might be a bad aspect and there is a karmic lesson to learn there but, how can we learn the lesson correctly in order to know that we're growing and evolving into a greater or better personality and individual, you know.

Virgo AC/ Pisces DC here as well. Yes, I've been going through this process of opening up to my shadow side as well. It's a long process...seven years earlier anything spiritual seemed nonsense to me. Since then a huge shift happened (I assume it had to do with Neptune transiting my DC). Interesting that before I hadn't been attracted to spiritual types, more like repulsed by them... Though for a while now I also feel like I don't need to be in a relationship...I've been doing a lot of work on myself but lately it's all just unfolding by itself. But I have a Libra stellium and it's somehow hard to avoid relationships. I think I still need them, but in another, redefined format.

wow amazing! this makes so much sense for me. i have mars in libra at 0 degrees at my ascendant, along with jupiter in the 1st house. and my 7th house contains lilith in aries. i guess i never realized how my own feminine dark side is something i have tried not to be, yet has always been a source of conflict. i also attract people who are married or in a relationship, and they want to cheat on their partners with me. ive never understood why i am always cast as the "other woman" for these men

I have Sagittarius on my 7th house. And Neptune in my 7th house. The ruler, Jupiter, is in Scorpio in my 5th house . Jupiter is the only planet in my chart unaspected. Capricorn is on my eight house. I have no planets in my eight. Yet, Saturn, it's ruler, is in Libra in my fifth house. Saturn opposes my moon in Aries , trines my Venus in Aquarius, conjoins mars and conjoins my Pluto. I was in a relationship with a man with a lot of his personal planets in his 7th house,also we had many planets in each others 7th house in both synastry and composite....After 13 months I realised that WE HAD BECOME ONE PERSON it felt disgusting because we had no boundries with each other, and the one person's fallacies manifested into both of us feeling utterly unhappy and disgusted not just with each other but ourselves....It was kind of horrible. We also had numerous Mars aspects, so we were really aggressive too. There was no positivity, our sense of self had died... I have quite a few Uranian influences so it was especially hard for me. Gosh.

I also have many personal planets in 7th house and I felt the same in my last relationship ... but I don't know if he had this feeling also... but it happened... that was really difficult when the relationship ended, I almost had to construct my entire personality again... that is crazy

This definently makes sense. I am a 9th house Pisces and I have Neptune in 7th house in Saggitarius! When I encounter myself in others I become worried but the answer may be that I need to accept myself. My gemini asc. is quite logical and i have emotional attachment as my moon is also in Gemini in he 12th house. Embracing my inner Saggitarian will hopefully help me see the bigger picture.
Taurus ASC/ Scorpio DSC here. Pluto is in the 7th, square to my Aquarius moon and opposite my Mars in Taurus. Venus is square my ASC and DSC. Life has been quite an interesting ride 😅 this makes a lot of sense. Once I started working on my Pluto issues, things have gotten better. Still have a long way to go :)

Could you possibly talk about having the sun or moon in the seventh house in relation to this? My partner and I both have 7th house suns, we actually both have 7th house stelliums, and it feels like I found someone for the first time in my life that has a certain presence and kind of awareness that I really resonate with. we also have rahu conjunct ketu, and his Saturn trine my stellium with Venus.

All of my planets start in 7th house. No planets in 1-6th house. My Leo north node is there and is the first placement. Almost like my destiny is connected to 7th house.

Some descriptions are much more positive than others. Also, can you relocate to put 7th house ruler in a better house or...as a female, put a male planet (Sun/Jupiter/Mars) in 7th for better partnership luck? Curious what you have actually observed...
Hi jewel. Vry interesting. However for me this theory does not add up. I am a cancer asc. With saturn in the 7th lord of the 7th in the 7th. However its retrograde. My partner is 3 yrs yougner than me and were both extremely undisciplined and hate structure and work. So i guess the retrograde of saturn making these qualities of hard work , discipline, maturity, etc the opposite in both me and my partner. However i long to be able to be mature and stable and gain some stability in my work but it does not seem to happen. I dont despise the qualities of the 7th house in my case. I admire it but im jsut not able to encorporate it. Most astrologers say saturn retrograde makes it stronger but from my own life i can tell u that its strong for sure but its qualities reverse specially in its own home. So how would u explain this. Infact the shadow side of saturn in my and my partners life is so evident with the extreme lack of work stability and routine and we both try a lot but its an onnate quality for freedom of schedule and i guess laziness to be honest.
I have ascendant and stellium in Capricorn, Sun in Cancer, stellium of all 4 inner planets in the 7th house in Leo. When I first looked up my birth chart and found that I had so much prominence inside Leo, I was so mad! Felt ZERO connection to Leo. But I've been trying to learn more about it and have been coming to accept that I'm a lot more Leo than I thought I was. Lol.

Thank you Jewel 😊 Your videos always get me thinking and analysing in a slightly different way. My 7th ruler (neptune in 4th) is my sun/moon midpoint. Acknowledging my 'shadow side' in my early twenties was a very positive experience. Through doing so I was able to find release from some very defensive and inhibiting behaviours. Meeting my partner was key to my finding a new level of emotional security from which to grow and show my neptunian side which before 'wasn't safe' because I was not comfortable being vulnerable. I now have a tendency of surrounding myself with very gentle and non threatening people. Much more to consider but thank you for prompting these thoughts 🌼🌼🌼

Interestingly enough, With my Aquarius 7H I never detested Aquarian qualities in others because Ive felt that I have the same good/ bad qualities too (superiority complex, the silent treatment, emotionally detached, etc.) However, I have Aqua Uranus conjunct my DSC aspecting many personal planets, ASC, and MC.

wow amazing! this makes so much sense for me. i have mars in libra at 0 degrees at my ascendant, along with jupiter in the 1st house. and my 7th house contains lilith in aries. i guess i never realized how my own feminine dark side is something i have tried not to be, yet has always been a source of conflict. i also attract people who are married or in a relationship, and they want to cheat on their partners with me. ive never understood why i am always cast as the "other woman" for these men

Hey Jewel. Amazing Video! This video really made me think very deeply about myself and my Aries descendant. I often admire people who have Aries qualities. My ex had an Aries moon and Mars! I always wish I had Aries qualities but in reality I really do. The qualities I want I already possess. Idk if you will cover this in a future video, but what if the ruler of your first and 7th are conjunct?
I have Sagittarius on my 7th house. And Neptune in my 7th house. The ruler, Jupiter, is in Scorpio in my 5th house . Jupiter is the only planet in my chart unaspected.
Capricorn is on my eight house. I have no planets in my eight. Yet, Saturn, it's ruler, is in Libra in my fifth house. Saturn opposes my moon in Aries , trines my Venus in Aquarius, conjoins mars and conjoins my Pluto. I know what it means, yet I don't know what it means. Thanks so much for this video. I was in a relationship with a man with a lot of his personal planets in his 7th house,also we had many planets in each others 7th house in both synastry and composite....After 13 months I realised that WE HAD BECOME ONE PERSON it felt disgusting because we had no boundries with each other, and the one person's fallacies manifested into both of us feeling utterly unhappy and disgusted not just with each other but ourselves....It was kind of horrible. We also had numerous Mars aspects, so we were really aggressive too. There was no positivity, our sense of self had died...
I have quite a few Uranian influences so it was especially hard for me. Gosh.

This definently makes sense. I am a 9th house Pisces and I have Neptune in 7th house in Saggitarius! When I encounter myself in others I become worried but the answer may be that I need to accept myself. My gemini asc. is quite logical and i have emotional attachment as my moon is also in Gemini in he 12th house. Embracing my inner Saggitarian will hopefully help me see the bigger picture.

Taurus ASC/ Scorpio DSC here. Pluto is in the 7th, square to my Aquarius moon and opposite my Mars in Taurus. Venus is square my ASC and DSC. Life has been quite an interesting ride 😅 this makes a lot of sense. Once I started working on my Pluto issues, things have gotten better. Still have a long way to go :)

I have 5 planets in the 7th house....Mars and Venus in Leo, Pluto, Uranus and Mercury in Virgo...but my 7th house is the largest in my chart. Yet...I have spent a lot of my adult life alone . With a Capricorn asc and sun in Libra in the 8th...I feel grateful for my life, but in some ways, it has been very difficult. However, you are so right...I started of working so hard to gain approval and totally subdued that inherent "show off" side of myself. It's surfaced in later life though....thank goodness :D

I am connected to my shadow self. My dominant planet saturn is on the descendant line, and my draconic moon in pisces is at that spot as well.

Could you possibly talk about having the sun or moon in the seventh house in relation to this? My partner and I both have 7th house suns, we actually both have 7th house stelliums, and it feels like I found someone for the first time in my life that has a certain presence and kind of awareness that I really resonate with. we also have rahu conjunct ketu, and his Saturn trine my stellium with Venus.
Haha: I have a 7th house Sun with transit Saturn in straight opposition with it, right now, which is quite confronting at the age of 51 (lol). Together with Jupiter for that matter who rules my rising, btw. Thanks for the video. Great timing!

All of my planets start in 7th house. No planets in 1-6th house. My Leo north node is there and is the first placement. Almost like my destiny is connected to 7th house.
Thanks Jewel! I don't have any planets in 7th so was curious to hear interpretation of 7th house ruler (in my case Pisces) and what house it lands in in the natal chart. Some descriptions are much more positive than others. Also, can you relocate to put 7th house ruler in a better house or...as a female, put a male planet (Sun/Jupiter/Mars) in 7th for better partnership luck? Curious what you have actually observed...
Hi jewel. Vry interesting. However for me this theory does not add up. I am a cancer asc. With saturn in the 7th lord of the 7th in the 7th. However its retrograde. My partner is 3 yrs yougner than me and were both extremely undisciplined and hate structure and work. So i guess the retrograde of saturn making these qualities of hard work , discipline, maturity, etc the opposite in both me and my partner. However i long to be able to be mature and stable and gain some stability in my work but it does not seem to happen. I dont despise the qualities of the 7th house in my case. I admire it but im jsut not able to encorporate it. Most astrologers say saturn retrograde makes it stronger but from my own life i can tell u that its strong for sure but its qualities reverse specially in its own home. So how would u explain this. Infact the shadow side of saturn in my and my partners life is so evident with the extreme lack of work stability and routine and we both try a lot but its an onnate quality for freedom of schedule and i guess laziness to be honest.
I have ascendant and stellium in Capricorn, Sun in Cancer, stellium of all 4 inner planets in the 7th house in Leo. When I first looked up my birth chart and found that I had so much prominence inside Leo, I was so mad! Felt ZERO connection to Leo. But I've been trying to learn more about it and have been coming to accept that I'm a lot more Leo than I thought I was. Lol.

I'm a gemini ascendant with Sagittarius and my north node in the 7th house. Does this necessarily mean that I would be more attracted to Sagittarius people? Also read something about that meaning marriage abroad/dating a foreigner. I definitely have a hard time identifying with my ascendant though at times.

Thank you Jewel 😊 Your videos always get me thinking and analysing in a slightly different way. My 7th ruler (neptune in 4th) is my sun/moon midpoint. Acknowledging my 'shadow side' in my early twenties was a very positive experience. Through doing so I was able to find release from some very defensive and inhibiting behaviours.
Meeting my partner was key to my finding a new level of emotional security from which to grow and show my neptunian side which before 'wasn't safe' because I was not comfortable being vulnerable. I now have a tendency of surrounding myself with very gentle and non threatening people.
Much more to consider but thank you for prompting these thoughts 🌼🌼🌼

i met someone that has a lot of planets in the sign of my descendant (gemini). it's been insane!! i feel both attracted and repulsed as he reminds me of parts of me that i tried to deny. im Sagittarius ascendant. but Scorpio in 12H. i feel like my identity is non-existent.

Interestingly enough, With my Aquarius 7H I never detested Aquarian qualities in others because Ive felt that I have the same good/ bad qualities too (superiority complex, the silent treatment, emotionally detached, etc.)
However, I have Aqua Uranus conjunct my DSC aspecting many personal planets, ASC, and MC.
