I have experienced many of the descriptions associated with each house, and although my Sun is in Aries, I really feel the connection with Virgo much more profoundly because of having been born with my Ascendant in Virgo. This is by far the most useful overview of the Virgo Ascendant. The house-by-house approach gave me a baseline understanding of my personality and experience; it mostly matches what I've gone through up to this point in my life.
Much of what you said regarding Virgo asc is very accurate. However - and I'm just telling you this to be helpful - but I am a Virgo asc and I became pregnant on the first attempt for all three of my children. They are absolutely amazing people. I understand the whole Saturn thing and now that Saturn is in my 5th house my responsibilities have increased. But it has brought me closer to them. Anyway...just my 2 cents

If you are looking at a western chart then you look T the ascendant for that chart. The sign placements are going to be different for eastern and western astrology. I practice western astrology with eastern information and understandings. I am a hybrid western/eastern astrologer. If you are following western astrology for your chart, then look at the Virgo ascendant. It depends on what method you choose to follow, tropical zodiac or sidereal zodiac, they are different.

I have saturn in 5th house. I have 3 children. I had a hard time giving birth with all 3 children. All 3 cesarean, I didn't finish my degree.... I find parenting really stressful. I have just had massive health issues due to stress. This all makes sense thank you so much.
Some things that really rang true with me: pregnancy delay - ivf (saturn cnj uranus natally so innovative methods not surprising) With a trine from both to jupiter I am hoping for a positive outcome *I also work in a primary school that is one of the most renowned in the UK for its use of technology... children and innovation, theme here?.... Partner is very intelligent, concerned with politics, religion (though strong atheist) and world affairs. He also has a disability (amputation) and in the past has struggled with addiction. When looking at house ruler ship, intercepted signs do not matter. just because a sign is intercepted in your horoscope, that does not cause that entire area of your life to disappear. Use an equal house system when looking for house rulers.

literally every single thing you said is accurate... dont know about the degree and relationship part though(will have to see what future brings)... but this is what i imagined it must be like... not imagined.. i kinda knew it.
Most of the things were spot on. (I'm A Pisces Dominant and an Aries Woman) The interesting thing is, though, that I always was more creative than my friends. And I'm quite sure about my profession, actually. Don't really know why, but might be because Capricorn doesn''t rule my fifth house as Sagittarius does. My bf is an Aqua (and a Sag dominant) so the 7th house description is also pretty accurate as well.
Normally I'm pretty skeptical of these things but the amount of specific claims that were a complete hit for me (delayment in bachelors ed etc, hypersexuality and deep persistent interest in mysticism, converting to other religions and own idiosyncratic syntheses of the same along with an affective/'aesthetic' love of phil and higher learning, spotlight avoiding and difficulty with public performance, ego tied up in spiritual matters, etc) are frankly uncanny. I haven't moved around at all though, I've actually lived in the same house for 30+ years lol, but my Saturn is situated in Sagittarius so that sort of explains that. I used to sort of hope my ascendant was something else because I always thought I was too cerebral and spiritual to identify with the more grounded and practical or economic consciousness usually attributed to earth signs but not only was that a really superficial designation to apply to having a virgo asc on the whole I kinda just can't ignore the likeness I share with it anymore.
From my experience ( 5th in Cap), I prefered older guys when I was younger, and started to be more fond of younger men now in my 30s. A friend of mine, who is in her 20s, has Saturn in the 5th house (scorpio rising) and definitely prefers older man (up to 20 years and more). I suppose you are looking for wisdom when you are young because you are much more serious then people of the same age, and as soon as you gain your own wisdom, you start looking for youth in your partner because that what you lacked while you are young. With relation to Cap / Saturn in 5th or 7th house, and the age of partners you feel attracted to, I can see no big difference.

Most of the things were spot on. (I'm A Pisces Dominant and an Aries Woman) The interesting thing is, though, that I always was more creative than my friends. And I'm quite sure about my profession, actually. Don't really know why, but might be because Capricorn doesn''t rule my fifth house as Sagittarius does. My bf is an Aqua (and a Sag dominant) so the 7th house description is also pretty accurate as well.
Normally I'm pretty skeptical of these things but the amount of specific claims that were a complete hit for me (delayment in bachelors ed etc, hypersexuality and deep persistent interest in mysticism, converting to other religions and own idiosyncratic syntheses of the same along with an affective/'aesthetic' love of phil and higher learning, spotlight avoiding and difficulty with public performance, ego tied up in spiritual matters, etc) are frankly uncanny. I haven't moved around at all though, I've actually lived in the same house for 30+ years lol, but my Saturn is situated in Sagittarius so that sort of explains that. I used to sort of hope my ascendant was something else because I always thought I was too cerebral and spiritual to identify with the more grounded and practical or economic consciousness usually attributed to earth signs but not only was that a really superficial designation to apply to having a virgo asc on the whole I kinda just can't ignore the likeness I share with it anymore.
Would Capricorn in the 5th make someone more prone to being attracted to older or more Saturnian partners or is that more of a 7th house issue?
From my experience ( 5th in Cap), I prefered older guys when I was younger, and started to be more fond of younger men now in my 30s.
A friend of mine, who is in her 20s, has Saturn in the 5th house (scorpio rising) and definitely prefers older man (up to 20 years and more).
I suppose you are looking for wisdom when you are young because you are much more serious then people of the same age, and as soon as you gain your own wisdom, you start looking for youth in your partner because that what you lacked while you are young.
With relation to Cap / Saturn in 5th or 7th house, and the age of partners you feel attracted to, I can see no big difference.

I'm a virgo rising, but for the past two years, i've been eating wendys and mcdonalds almost everyday just to gain weight. Gained 40 lbs in two years since high school grad.
