      @@Sineternite77I believe it is better to upload videos to Instagram using 30fps as Instagram handles it better and doesn’t have to compress it so much compared to a video recorded in 60fps.

      ​@@Sineternite77 do not use 4k, use 1080p instead. Instagram doesn't support 4k videos so it gets compressed when uploading. That's gonna make your video lose quality
