Especially a woman. She calls a Uber to get away from this crazy person and somehow all over the comment section that's frowned upon as wrong. If you are having a verbal altracation with your significant other and call an Uber to get you away how is that wrong. Unless the guy made it clear that he would shoot up the Uber when they showed up then I just don't get what the uproar is about. Now I know there's that aspect of it seemed like she knew he was gonna shoot before he did. That's the only questionable part But in all honesty that doesn't matter. I'm sure she didn't call the Uber with the intent of risking the driver's life. Maybe things got worse after she had called Uber and she suspected he would do something. There's just no telling but I find it very worrying that that's how people think.
As a daughter of a cab driver you're wrong. My dad would have helped her and not had any regrets as he'd hope someone would do the same for his daughter... stop blaming victims and blame the @$$hole who was shooting because he can't handle his emotions

Police here don't like to actually work. I remember last month there was 2 shootings on my block in the early morning around 3am, no police came. I go to my car in the morning and see a police officer had gotten out of her car to write me a ticket for a sticker in the pouring rain at 315am.

I'm sick of all these excuses for her "she was smiling because she was nervous" "she had to get out of that situation you can't blame her!" "she's a victim!". The fact of the matter is, in most of these types of situations, both the man and the woman are crazy. This was nothing new to her, as you can tell by her calm demeanor and smiling face. She thinks stuff like this is cute. She knew exactly what was going on and tried to leave without thinking twice about anybody else. I saw a story in atl that never left my spirit. A young woman mom of 4 had left her family for the evening to Uber for money a guy got in her car who ordered a ride put a gun to her head and said she begged for her life and he still took her out for no reason her kids and husband never saw the mom after she left it was senseless and I wish she never picked him up the video was on the news so scary

I have a story: I was driving late night for Uber. I received a dispatch to pick someone up from a Taco Cabana which was closed. When I arrived I drove to the back parking lot looking for the rider thinking maybe it was a worker who just finished closing but didn’t spot anyone. Out of the bushes in the far left rear of the lot comes 4 or five people. Two of them were females. As I’m debating if they’ll even fit in the car, they’re trying to pile in. Out of nowhere a cop pulls up behind me with the 🚨 on. Meanwhile they are telling me “go go go”. I was so pissed I could’ve smacked every single one of them but I just put it in park and let the cop pull them out. I had to iterate that I’m just a rideshare driver to the rude cop who detained them. I couldn’t believe how inconsiderate and disrespectful those 20 yr olds were to put me in a situation like that.
