left arm is indeed used on modern forehand .. but you are wrong with disabling the right hand this way. in real game this is no ball hit to you .. each ball needs to be chased. you have to hit with a hand and with a wrist, with whole body. Also if you pay attention on slowmo vids of fed you will see that his shoulders are stopping at some point and then only arm is hitting and then arm pulls shoulder into rotation again.
@@jultennisgolf4970 is the jul swing inducer helps to better tennis serve also ... Or is it only for golf ... Also I am able to tuck my elbow close to torso while serving/smashing. But unable to strecth the shoulder. Please guide with more analogies on how to visualize the serve swing mechanics
@@amitadulta Jul Body Swing Inducer is also used for tennis volley. On the other hand, another inducer is needed in the serve. Anyway... I will disclose the biomechanics on the serve movement. Anybody who want to do strong serve without injury can get huge help from my video... Thanks...
Show in real game w movement and inconsistent balls from opponent. Totally different from static ball machine. Concept is interesting but real time practical usage should be addressed.
Please do videos of backhand (two and one handed). I have learned and incorporated a lot of the biomechanics discussed.
