I love you. Your tutorials, starting from the eyes tutorial, have been the greatest leap of my drawing skills in the past two years ive been practicing. Thank you, hope to see more

I loved your tutorial on ‘drawing eyes structurally’. I though it was very informative and actually helped me draw better looking eyes. I’m sure this one will do the same!
I love your tutorials so much, they helped me so much to improve my art I am so thankful your channel exist, if it wasn’t for you my humans wouldn’t look so much better
Thank you for your videos I was really learning a lot, unlike drawing the more realistic way I enjoy this much. I found what I needed to improve. The sense of structure this way to keep it simple and sensible. I like your voice it's calming ASMR to make your videos more interesting! Keep it up Master😉
You're my favourite drawing channel on youtube! Your videos are somehow comforting to me, i always learn something from you, get some motivation to draw, it makes me like my biggest hobby more, it leaves me feeling calm and relaxed as your voice is so soothing, i really love it!! I like how you explain things and at the same time showing it on your drawing, whenever i have a hard time understanding how to draw something i always go to your channel and search for a tutorial, it helps me a lot!! I'm happy that i found your videos, i'm sure i'll stay here for longer 🥰❤
muchisimas gracias por todos tus videos... my comment was in my mother toungue so you know that your effort is well appreciated as far as you can imagine. from dominican republic... peace and love.
I have following your videos and let me say this-- You elevated my skills to a whole new level!! And it is so much more fun to draw now when i can break even the most complicated human body parts into tiny pretty simple structures. Thank you so much ♡
I’m just watching a few minutes while waiting for someone to pick me up. I find this is very helpful and I like it-how u show us your technique to draw human pose using reference really care and detail. My drawing compares to you is stiff 😂. But your ones are really curvy and smooth. I love that. Thank you for the tutorial! 🎉
Hello chommang, sorry if my question is out of topic, but i really want to know, what song are you listen to when drawing, can you share your playlist or some title of your favorite songs? Thankyou !
The first picture was a big challenge because the model is wearing a high-waisted skirt so I had to look closer to see where the torso ends and the waist actually begins
This tutorial is amazing and all but ughh, still having this issue where I make torso and pelvis either too far apart or too close together lol. I can do proportions fine standing but when it comes to poses, that concept is suddenly thrown out the window heh. Thanks though, it helped with some clarity on structures!
Pick a body part to use as a measurement to compare all the other parts to. Usually it's the head, but that might not be helpful depending on the pose. Like in his first reference, how many "neck lengths" is it from shoulder to shoulder, or how many necks wide is the torso, and so on.
@@luna-p wait, yeah, like u said, it can be with heads but then again, it doesn’t really work that well when it comes to posing reference and such because of perspective and/or foreshortening happening
@@julianas.3352 Right, like in his first picture the head is at an odd angle, but the neck is a simple and fairly small shape that is probably one of the easier parts to draw accurately and then work from there. But you can pick anything. That's if you're working from a reference, but if you're just going from your imagination, foreshortening is definitely difficult and takes a lot of practice. It also helps to trick your brain into seeing something other than your reference, like he does here to block it into basic shapes first, but you can also flip your image and the drawing upside down or look at it in a mirror... if that makes sense, there's probably videos that can explain it better.
I have not been drawing for a week and forgot about it and then I saw a chommang video today and it reminded me to draw again lol try teaching legs and feets next!!

The second is sooooo difficult omg
How do you know how far away to set the pelvis (the cube/box)?
count the number of heads from the top of the ches
and if that doesnt work,, you could always use other parts of the body (joints, ribcage, navel, etc) as a point of reference
Chommangs metode learn how to imagine line preposition and proporsional before you creat the real body part...
Im going to be expert too
