A tour of your sketchbook is something I would love to see. I recently got a new one and I'm kinda anxious to draw because I want it to look professional so that I can use it when I'm looking for a job after I finish my studies.

As someone who is extreamly bad at atonomy, this healped a lot! I did it quite easilt and I actually didnt stop to pause the video most of the times, so this was really helpful!

for artists out there
do not pressure urself it the drawing is messy or kinda not straight and steady, u can always erase and define, do not pressure urself from the messy process, it takes time to achieve full and good accurateness ^-^)
I recommend using gymnasts shots such as flips and jumps for reference, especially because their muscles are more prominent and their poses are great for practise. I usually draw simone biles:-)

i have always struggled to draw anatomy, i know the basic components on what the body is like but fail to express it :,(( whenever i draw the body, it always looks so stiff. when i found this video i was able to freshen my perspective for a bit and improved! thank you for making such helpful vids ^^ although my anatomy is not nearly perfect as yours, i was able to improve thanks to you :D
