I just started getting into bangra and absolutely love it! I want to use elements of it in the dance music I make, do you have any suggestions of artists I should listen too?
I only started learning how to produce music from January 2024, and I have learnt so much from many of your videos! 5 months later and I still look forward to when you upload and the knowledge you provide. You have truly inspired me, so thankyou for that!
Im a beginner and so far this has been pretty helpful, even though im trying to create more creepy music like X-SLIDE (Ultra slowed), really excited to start producing!
hell yeah, well deserved. I've tried getting into music production years ago but couldn't find anyone that did in-depth tutorials on ableton (because that's the first and only DAW that I've used), but you have allowed to me move forward and let go of excuses of not knowing how so thank you

You should totally start like an app or something for a full course on how to make music and using the laptop. There's not enough people who understand technology that much... (and I unfortunately am one of the people who don't understand it)
I started with the whole music thing not even a week ago. Not sure you could call it music yet, but I'm way closer to something like it thanks to your videos. Keep it up, love you style and thank you for share your experience with us!
hey man been producing for.around 9 months now and can definitely say that my production has improved drastically since ive watched your videos. so thank you bro!!
man this is dope yo! I'm from Ethiopia and my friend NatMac told me to watch your video but man I've never thought that I would get this much knowledge, man thank you for those videos and keep going we need more knowledge.
you got me on tears with you last part!!!!IT IS 3:58 AM in NYC and i am learning A TON FROM YOU !!!i was so afraid to start with the DAW and now DUDE , I FELL READY!!! thank you so much!!! by the way i have a quick question , how do you add LABELS or MARKERS like Pre-chorus , Verse, Chorus.? i mean just to build the structure of the song.
hey guy! I have a video called How To Mix Vocals Like The Pros and hopefully that will point you in the right direction. otherwise I have a ton of vocals stuff in my courses (:
Hey man, first all congratulations on your achievement, and seeing that not just me but there are 100k other mates who are finding your work inspiring made me feel like I am getting inspired by the right guy! I appreciate you man, and also as an absolute beginner I would love it so much if you could go little bit slower on your videos for guys like me to follow it not just by copying where you click but actually by understanding why you click on certain things. For instance it could be very detailed “bass writing”, or “mids or drums writing” videos or if you could help us to understand how to find things faster on Ableton, such as if I am to make a house music, which drums set are meant for that type or which bass pattern etc. Or you could do a video of explaining each audio effect as you are using them so often on your videos 🤷🏽♂️🙌🏽 in any case, thank you for inspiring man I appreciate you and I thank you for all.
So inspirational!!!! I'm such a huge fan of all your work!!! (I haven't stopped listening to your music since I discovered it all) HUGE congrats on the 100k subscribers award! You totally deserve it (and much more)
I'd just like to start by saying thankyou for your videos as they have helped me so much, however as i was going through your video i noticed that i am missing some sounds such as the illustra pad that you use in the piano and keys. Could you explain why this might be... or a way to find/add the file?
DUDE! You made it look so easy and fun, I'm going to follow along to this video as soon as I can! Altho I do have a question, how do you finish the song? How do you write the 3rd section?
One video request, if you could teach us how to process vocals. Specially after we have made a beat with like 8-10 tracka and have recorded the vocals (leads, harmonies, adlibs), how to approach mixing the song from there? I find it so overwhelming at that point and give up finishing the songs.
I actually have 2 videos for that! Check out "The Secret To Mixing Like The Pros" as well as "How To Mix Vocals Like A PRO". Those should point you in the right direction!
Hello. I had installed Ableton before but did not use, so the free trial is over. I reinstalled it, I would like to give it a try, without saving anything, just to try, so if I enjoy it then I can subscribe, but there are no drums or anything available I guess. can you help me figure it out? when I type drums in the search it shows no list of drums and the program looks a bit different even tho it is 12.
Following your videos and learning a lot! But in ableton, my project is 128. If i reopen my project after i saved it it is back at 120 bpm and i have to change it back to 128. Do you know why this is happening? Also sometimes some effects won't work after a while. I added some OTT and i think a while later it said "Lost the connection to the Audio". if i deleted it the sound got back, but i also had this with a few other effects.
yes I think so! as long as it's only 16 tracks or whatever the limitations are. I have a video called How To Mix Like The Pros that i'd recommend for you
Also, I'm watching your video and looking at what looks like I think is the mixer or something. Is that already on the PC or do you have to download an app? And can you make music using a portable computer like a laptop? Sorry, I have a lot of questions😅
One quick question bro, for the melody you added in B section, you added 2 layers, panned. What is the reason for that? Are those 2 layers different sounds?
if you're referring to 16:43 that was just a little lead I added in to re-enforce the vocal melody! I did 2 sounds, and panned them right and left to make it sound more interesting!
Is there anything free? I have an expensive laptop but not money left so i can download anything but dont have money to purchase oof A month is not enough for me :(
