Becky for the first time, the other day I was nodding off doing listings. I was like Wtheck is going on? LOL you aren’t alone. I’ve been with Becky’s channel since I was a new reseller. Becky I’m 55 I’m not a clothes seller. I sell them but it’s not my thing. You are your truest self doing what sold and hauls. I can never get enough of those!
Becky you are such a good interviewer! You can tell that you've practiced keeping a conversational flow going and keeping control of a room (I'm guessing that comes from teaching), plus you're so personable without dominating the convo. A missed calling, perhaps? 😉 Edit: also, respectfully, I will take ALL of your secondhand Anthro furniture at a discount pls 😂😂😂
I so loved this interview for many reasons: 1) Becky, you are very knowledgeable and well-spoken and thoughtful, 2) Because it was Paul… I have followed him a long time because of selling part-time myself, but especially since his move to FL he is happier and shares his life with everyone. He seems to genuinely be a good person and your interview even brought more of him out like the depth of his care for his parents! Thank you both for sharing!! ❤️
I loved this podcast! I also have ADHD, when I was younger it was diagnosed ADD but they don't use that diagnosis anymore, so as an adult I was diagnosed with ADHD again. I feel like it's a little bit of a superpower. There is definitely some struggles that people not understand if they don't have it themselves, but ADHD has benefits when you get to work for yourself. It just doesn't have benefits in corporate America lol
At 54:20 So funny that Paul has a history of working at anthropology, and they categorized people by the type of house they live in so what items would they want? When people ask me, I can't believe people would buy X or Y and I say what if you live in the back woods of Alaska and you're handicapped and don't have a car. How are you gonna get your stuff?
Great Interview! I’ve been following Paul a few years, but really been enjoying the channel with the day in the life videos. I work from home and get drawn into how sellers break the day up with work and life. Super excited to hear he will have Josh on also.
I am only a year into reselling part time. Full time in July after I retire. The only thing I dont like is photographing clothing when it doesnt work on mannequin
Ok so after two relationships where the partner didn't understand the grind, and then watching this, I'm realizing that the only way I miiiiiiiight be able to date someone is if THEY also hustle! hmm.... maybe theres an app for that
Thank you for having me on Becky this was so much fun :)
Yea what he said
I agree with the top 2 comments :)
Paul has gained a new subscriber although I'm not in his target demographic.
You’re always welcome :)
