59:46 On topic of video games and mental health, I think it's like any other medium such as books, movies or music - a form of escapism that allows you to find a moment of solace in sea of distress. Of course the context differs from person to person but it absolutely can be a life-saver just like other forms of art, and the fact that games are interactive really helps to unwind and connect with your better self. As a neurodivergent person who also suffers from multiple mental conditions (severe depression, social anxiety, impostor syndrome to name just a few), I can honestly say there are at least two games that had huge impact on my life. One of them literally brought me back from the edge of doing something irreversible, the other one - Baldur's Gate 3 - drove me to finally pursue happiness in life and accept myself for who I am, which I struggled with for most of my life. I think in no small part it was due to writing and characters who became an inspiration, which in turn were so easy to connect to due to brilliant acting. That's why I'm thankful for your and other actors performances, aswell as everyone who contributed to creating this masterpiece of a game. Again, it might differ from one person to another but just like a song or a book can stir something in you that has a positive outcome on your life, games can be a powerful tool to relieve stress and find motivation in life. If it works, then it isn't stupid. Just my 2 cents, hope you'll enjoy the rest of your day ❤
Games are a powerful art medium because unlike books or movies, you have agency. Just to share my experience, after I got my degree I felt like my life was going nowhere, I was unmotivated, insecure, and to make things worse my life suddenly lacked structure. But then I played DS3. I worried that a game that challenging would only stress and frustrate me, but the opposite happened: never felt more motivated, persistent and happy with myself. It was really gratifying and it changed me in a lot of ways. Other games like DOS2, PoE, ER and BG3 have kept me going since then. Thanks for sharing your experience 💜

Aliona, the reason why you didnt hear the voice-line of the harpers calling Jaheira because you need to skip saving her harper (or let everyone die in that fight) so you're a stranger when you arrive
His Majesty was meant to be a fluffy cat, but an error in the coding made him appear with the hairless model. Shortly after the game released his model was fix to be the fluffy cat again, but the fans got upset and asked for him to be made hairless again.
Sphynxes are very underestimated cats! They are very often extremely intelligent, empathic, deliberate and consist of 99.9% curiosity and 0.1% self preservation. Very ADHD friendly 😹😻
The "joking" line is easily one of my favourite Shadowheart moments. The only one that is as good, IMO, is the "giggle.....pleasure domes" line that you get in Party Banter (IYKYK).

We did not get to romance Jaheira but she was devoted to her late husband so I assume that is why. I have a vague memory of them being imprisoned in BG2 next to you the player character but I played it along time ago so I might be wrong in the series of events.They had been captured by John Irenicus who was the half brother of the player.The player and Irenicus were half brothers to Saravok. They all had the Lord of Murder as a father but of course different mothers. Irenicus was a very powerful mage who wanted of course to take over Saravok's role and become the new Lord of Murder himself like Saravok had tried to do. Or so i recall. Like I said it was a long time ago. Irenicus is not in this game and I don't recall his fate.I never got to complete the game. I think Jaheira has her own secrets I won't go into. But having a romance with her would have been nice.smiles.

He's surface level appealing (love the voice, the speech pattern, the cockiness to an extent, and how he looks), but hes also majorly creepy and ethically he really puts off the demi in me. I almost found myself sad with how my Act 3 played out. I genuinely found nyself wishing i thiught he coukd change and that there was Hope for him, but alas. No Hope for Raphael
